我国布料数码印花有一个进化的历史过程。数码印花的发展,从最开始的雕版仿数 码印花,到纸张转移数码印花,再到改造写真机打印布料,进一步发展到专门制造专业 数码打印设备进行大规模生产的过程。本文引入 Z 公司数码印染项目品质管理作为案 例,以项目创始人的视角作为切入点,综合运用定性定量等研究方法,同时结合相关的 理论,探讨与品质管理相关的影响要素及各要素之间的关系,与此同时,对过程中的关 键影响因素做认真的研究。 首先,通过对文献资料的研究,在 PMBOK 管理理论的研究上,指出品质管理主要 由规划品质管理、估算成本、制定预算、控制成本四部分构成;其次,运用德尔菲法, 进行开放式和评价式调查研究,接着在层次分析法(AHP)的基础上,我们找出 Z 公司 数码印染项目品质管理前 10 大关键影响因素(评估项目变更对各方干系人影响、分析 和评估项目数据库、分析项目环境因素、确认项目主题分析与决策、基础管理指标评估、 持续跟进与项目干系人建立长期信任关系、建立高质量客户数据库、科学应对项目变更 请求、项目执行团队对质量管理的影响、人员技能的发挥)。最后,针对找出的 10 大 关键影响因素,使用解释结构模型法(ISM)对这些关键因素进行分析,得到 Z 公司数 码印染项目品质管理关键影响因素解释结构模型,明确各因素之间的逻辑结构关系。 本文希冀通过对 Z 公司数码印染项目品质管理研究,一方面丰富与其相关的研究理 论,另一方面则为相关行业开展品质管理工作提供一些可用的参考。 关键词,品质管理;德尔菲法;层次分析法;解释结构模型II ABSTRACT Digital printing of cloth in China has an evolutionary history. The development of digital printing, from the beginning of imitating digital printing to paper transfer digital printing, to the transformation of printing fabric, further to the specialized manufacturing of digital printing equipment for mass production process. With the continuous development of human society and the rapid improvement of human living standards, fashion culture and personalized innovation has become the main driving force of textile fabric digital printing. However, the development and construction of digital printing are dominated by large printing and dyeing enrises, which have the characteristics of large investment, complex production process and complex environmental impact assessment. Without quality accidents, quality management is particularly important, and the complexity and difficulty of project quality management are quite great. Analyzing the effective way of project quality management and finding the key factors of influence is worth studying. Therefore, this paper introduces the digital printing and dyeing project quality management of Z Company as a case, combining with mature quality management theory and important practical experience, from the perspective of the project founder. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the key factors of quality management and their hierarchical relationship, the key factors in the process of serious research. Firstly, through the research of the literature and the research of PMBOK management theory, the important parts of quality management are identified, which are planning quality management, estimating cost, making budget and controlling cost. Secondly, on the basis of PMBOK theory research, through Delphi method, through one round of open investigation and four rounds of evaluation investigation, the paper abstracts several influencing factors of digital printing and dyeing quality management in Z Company. Then on the basis of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we find out ten key factors that affect the quality management of digital printing and dyeing project in Z Company. Finally, against the 10 key points that have been identified The key factors of digital printing and dyeing project quality management in Z Company are analyzed by using the explanatory structure Model method (ISM). The key factors of the quality management of the digital printing and dyeing project in Z Company explain the structural model and clarify the relationship between the factors. This paper hopes to enrich the related research theory on the one hand, and provide some useful references for the related industries to carry out quality management through the research on the quality management of Z company's digital printing and dyeing project.
