我国人口基数巨大,建筑面积广阔,建筑能源的消耗量相当惊人。同时, 经济的高速增长带动着人们生活水平的提高,人们对建筑物保温恒温性能的要 求不段的提升,加剧了建筑能源的消耗,并使其成为了社会总能耗的重要组成 部分。建筑能耗对我国社会、经济和环境的影响巨大并且长远,墙体材料是建 筑的重要组成部分,其生产能力和使用情况对能源的消耗起着重要作用。能源 是与人们生活密切相关的原始物资,决定着人类的经济可持续发展能力,所以 我国越来越重视节能型新材料项目,新型墙体材料将随之产生显著的经济和社 会效益。 岳阳市某公司研发的 DT 混凝土节能环保彻块,正是一种新型墙体材料, 属于建筑节能范围。该项目的实施对于推进节能减排,保护土地资源、降低建 筑能耗,改善生态环境具有十分重要的意义。现结合项目实际,对其在建设的 必要性、市场的可发展性、工程上的可操作性、技术上的先进性、经济上的可 行性、环境的适应性和风险上的可控性等进行具体分析。这一可行性研究将对 项目的投资决策起到直接作用,并为该公司的发展和其它项目的可行性研究提 供参考依据。 本文着重对其几个方面进行具体可行性分析:该项目现状和发展方向符合 市场客观规律,具有一定的建设必要性;该项目具备建设的硬件条件,在工程 上是可操作的;该项目产品是新型节能产品,在综合利用和节约能源方面突出, 技术上具有先进性;该项目财务情况良好,经初步估计能产生一定经济效益, 具有经济上的可行性;该项目在生产时对资源的综合利用和运营时对资源的节 约方面作用突出,与环境的适应性强;经过以上具体分析,该项目的风险性较 小,可以控制在一定范围内。综上所述,该项目具有可行性。 关键词: 墙体材料;节能环保;可行性II Abstract Based on our huge population and wild building area, building energy consumption is quite amazing. At the same time, rapid economic growth has contributed to the improvement of people's living standards. Building energy consumption have a great influence on our society, economy and environment, materials for wall is an important component of buildings, its productive power and usage plays an important role of energy consumption. Energy sources are closely related to people's lives, and it determines the economic sustainable development ability of human being. Therefore, project which focus on new type of energy-saving materials is a huge demanding in our country, which means materials for wall, will subsequently generate significant economic and social benefits. DT concrete block, developed by a company of Yue Yang , is a new type of wall material for the purpose of energy-saving in building. the main purpose of this paper is giving a analysis of the necessity of the construction , the long-term development of the market , the possible operation in engineering , and the advancement in the technology , and also discuss about the possibility of getting the financial support and how would the market change and how to control the risk . This research will play a direct role in the investment decisions for a project and provide a reference for the company's development and other projects. This article focuses on specific aspects of its feasibility analysis: the status and direction of development of this project accord with objective laws of the market, and has a certain amount of necessity of construction. This project also possesses the hardware conditions of construction and is operable in the engineering. Product of this project is a new type of energy-saving products; it has an advantage of comprehensive utilization and energy conservation and establish amount of progressiveness in technology. This project is in good financial situation, it will generate some economic benefits by preliminary estimation and it has the feasibility in economy. The project has huge effects in the utilization of resources in production and conservation of resources in operation, along with strong adaptability to the environment. After showing the detailed analysis in all above, the risk of this project is quite small, and it can be controlled within a certain range. In summary, the project is feasible.
