摘 要 BG 银行是珠三角地区的一家城市商业银行,服务于政府机构及中小企业。 面对银行业竞争的日益加剧,如何更好的生存和可持续发展,实现企业经营目标 和实现企业价值最大化,一直是 BG 银行的核心主题。为改善经营与管理,提高 同业竞争力,BG 银行希望通过优化绩效考核来实现企业战略目标,加强银行内 部运营管理,科学合理配置资源。从近年国内外商业银行经营实践看,商业银行 绩效考核方案这根“指挥棒”越来越重要。 本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法,对绩效考核相关理论概念进行综述,运 用相关理论对 BG 银行现有绩效考核存在的问题和缺陷进行深入分析和评价,并 找出问题存在的原因,从而对现有绩效方案进行优化。 本文首先阐述了研究的背景和意义、研究的理论依据及论文框架,总结国内 外绩效考核的发展历程及趋势,随后介绍了 BG 银行的基本情况以及该银行的绩 效考核现状,并对现有绩效考核方案及其实施情况进行了分析,阐述了 BG 银行 现有绩效考核方案存在的问题及其原因,针对现有绩效考核方案存在的问题,从 绩效考核方案的指标设计、结果应用等方面,优化 BG 银行现有绩效考核方案, 从而为改善 BG 银行绩效考核方案提出了可行措施,为情况相类似的银行同业建 立绩效考核方案等相关考核制度提供借鉴。 关键词:BG 银行;绩效考核方案;方案优化。III LIST OF ABBREVIATIONS EVA = Economic Value Added BSC = Balanced Score CardIV TABLE OF CONTENTS ABSTRACT ...................................................................................................................................
