I W 公司在市政道路工程施工管理上的现状及优化研究 摘要 在我国的市政道路工程施工管理中,施工企业的项目管理是非常 重要的,直接关系着企业的管理效率与项目总体控制。市政工程作为 公共项目工程,其管理问题对经济、人员安全所造成的严重影响,会 直接成为危害社会稳定与发展的不利因素,为此,对市政工程施工企 业的项目管理加以研究,对加强市政工程项目管理有着非常重要的意 义。近年来,山东省市政基础设施建设取得长足进展,各项基础设施 的建设取得了很大的成效。由于市政工程规模大、施工时间长、施工 条件差、对群众日常活动影响面广等特征,使得市政工程建设过程中 的项目管理显得尤其重要。本文以 W 公司在市政道路工程施工管理方 面的研究为课题,首先在明确论文研究背景、意义、主要解决问题、 研究思路的基础上,对所查阅的相关文献与研究现状进行整理;其次 以 W 公司市政道路工程为例,对 W 公司在工程施工管理上的现状进 行了介绍,对市政行业管理情况、市政道路工程的项目管理模式两个 方面进行了具体的分析,明确了当前市政道路工程施工管理方面的特 征、流程、方法、通病、一般管理策略等做分析;再次对 W 公司道路 工程施工管理中的具体问题展开深入分析,主要从进度、成本、质量、 安全等四个方面展开剖析,为提供对应的优化改进措施提供具体的依 据;最后基于以上分析结果,结合市政道路工程施工管理相关理论及 国内外管理经验,对施工企业提出从进度、成本、质量、安全等四个摘要 II 方面的优化措施。 关键词 市政工程;道路工程项目;工程施工管理ABSTRACTS III THE CURRENT SITUATIONAND OPTIMIZATION RESEARCH OF W COMPANY IN THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL ROAD ENGINEERING ABSTRACTS In the construction management of municipal road engineering in China, the project management of construction enterprises is very important, directly related to the management efficiency of the enterprise and the overall control of the project. As a public project, municipal engineering, its serious impact on economic and personnel safety will directly become an unfavorable factor that jeopardizes social stability and development. To this end, it studies the project management of municipal engineering construction enterprises and strengthens municipal administration. Project management has a very important meaning. In recent years, the construction of municipal infrastructure in Jining City of Shandong has made great progress, and the construction of various infrastructures has achieved great results. Due to the large scale of municipal engineering, long construction time, poor construction conditions, and wide influence on daily activities of the masses, project management in the process of municipal engineering construction is particularly important. This paper takes the research of a company in Shandong on the construction management of municipal roads as the subject. Firstly, based on the background, significance, main problems and research ideas of the paper, the relevant literature and research status are reviewed. Secondly, Taking a municipal road project as an example, this paper introduces the current situation of W company in engineering construction management, and analyzes the management of the municipal industry and the project management mode of the municipal road project, and clarifies the current municipal road construction.
