2020年安正时尚集团员工绩效考核方案优化研究_硕士论文

:有效的绩效考核是企业目标达成的保障,员工动力不足将会大 大延缓企业发展的速度。在服饰生产行业,随着国内外经济环境的不 断波动,我国服饰加工企业的竞争进一步加剧,作为华东区域具有较 强影响力的民营企业,在激烈的市场竞争中,安正时尚集团绩效考核 方案存在的问题逐步凸现,直接威胁到公司的整体发展战略。在此背 景下,提出一套符合安正时尚集团运作特点的员工绩效考核方案,对 公司的发展尤为重要。 基于此,本文釆取文献综述、案例分析、比较归纳的研究方法, 配合问卷以及现场访问的实际调查,通过综合分析等方式,对安正时 尚集团进行深度剖析,通过分析其内外环境及员工现状,发现企业员 工激励不足的原因主要来自于组织结构不完善,薪酬结构不科学,企 业主不够重视人事管理,以及缺乏有效激励制度等方面。针对这些问 题,本文提出了安正时尚集团绩效考核的优化方案,并对绩效考核方 案的实施和保障措施进行了详细分析。具体而言,本文研究共分为五 章内容: (1)绪论部分。主要讨论了研究背景、目标、意义、内容、框 架与研究方法等内容 (2)文献与理论综述部分。主要讨论了激励之相关文献、绩效 考核方案的概念和内容、现代企业激励管理的方法以及本文应用到的 公司绩效考核方法。 (3)安正时尚集团绩效考核现状与问题分析。主要介绍了安正 时尚集团的组织架构、人员结构及现有激励考核方案,分析了现有绩 效考核方案存在的问题及其原因。 (4)提出了安正时尚集团员工绩效考核方案的优化设计。从生 产人员、质量管理人员、销售人员三个不同的岗位层面,设计了安正 时尚集团绩效考核的具体方案。并给出了绩效考核方案实施的保障措 施,包括规范绩效考评体系、建立公平公正的管理体系、强化企业文 化影响等。 (5)结论总结部分。对论文的研究结论进行了归纳总结,对论 文的研究局限进行了讨论分析,并提出了后续研究的几点建议。 I 本文最终研究成果及相关结论,对提升安正时尚集团员工的工作 积极性和工作效率、增强员工满足感和成就感,提高安正时尚集团的 经营效益、增强公司整体竞争力,都具有重要的指导意义。 关键词:双因素激励理论;绩效考核;员工满意度;民营企业 分类号: II Trued fashion group employee performance appraisal scheme optimization research Abstract: the effective performance appraisal is the guarantee of enterprise goal, employee motivation will greatly delay the speed of enterprise development. In the clothing industry, with the volatility of the economic environment at home and abroad, China's apparel processing enterprise competition intensifying, private enterprise has strong influence in the east China region, in the fierce market competition, challenging fashion group performance appraisal problems gradually emerge, direct threat to the company's overall development strategy. In this context, this paper puts forward a set of accord with the characteristics of trued fashion group operation staff performance appraisal program, is particularly important to the development of the company. Based on this, this paper adopted literature review, case analysis and comparison of the inductive research method, with the actual survey of questionnaire and on-site visit, through comprehensive analysis, the trued fashion group in-depth analysis, through the analysis of the internal and external environment and the present situation of staff, found the causes of deficiency of enterprise employees incentive mainly comes from the organizational structure is not perfect, compensation structure is not scientific, business owners, not enough emphasis on personnel management, and the lack of effective incentive system, etc. To solve these problems, this paper presents a challenging fashion group, the optimized plan for the performance appraisal and the performance appraisal scheme of implementation and safeguard measures are analyzed in detail. Specifically, this study will be divided into five chapters: (1) the introduction part. Mainly discusses the research background, aim, significance, content, framework and research methods, etc (2) literature and theory review section. Mainly discusses the incentive of the relevant literature, the concept of performance appraisal program and contents, the methods of modern enterprise incentive in management, and applied to the company performance evaluation method in this paper. (3) trued fashion group performance appraisal status quo and problem analysis. Mainly introduced the trued fashion group organization structure, personnel structure and the assessment of the existing incentive scheme, analyzes the existing problems of performance appraisal scheme and why. (4) presents a challenging fashion group employee performance appraisal scheme optimization design. From the production, quality management personnel, sales staff of three different level positions, designed a concrete scheme for challenging fashion group performance appraisal. And give the performance appraisal scheme implementation safeguard measures, including the specification performance evaluation system, establishing the fair and just management system, strengthen the enterprise culture influence, etc. (5) the conclusion summarizes the part. Has carried on the induction summary of thesis research conclusion, the paper discusses the research limitations of analysis, and puts forward some Suggestions for further research. Finally this study and the relevant conclusions, to improve trued fashion group staffs work enthusiasm and work efficiency, enhance employee satisfaction and a sense of achievement, improve the management benefit of trued fashion group, enhance the company's overall competitiveness, has important guiding significance.
