I 摘要 现阶段,作为三大电信运营商之一的 L 通信公司,其手机、宽带等传统业务已趋 近饱和,在“互联网+”大背景下顺利完成运营业务的创新并实现企业的增收增利已成为 发展的关键。而迅速兴起的物联网业务拥有十分广阔的发展空间,给电信运营商带来 了机遇和曙光。济南 L 通信公司顺势而为,大力发展物联网创新业务,最终拉动企业 的收入增长。在这一背景下,研究济南 L 通信公司物联网这一创新业务发展的优势、 不足及发展战略,目的在于为 L 通信公司在物联网领域提供决策支持及帮助,更好地 找到适合自身实际发展需要的道路,同时也为其他同类公司的发展提供借鉴。研究济 南 L 通信公司物联网业务的发展有两大意义,一是有利于应对新形势的发展变化,二 是有利于实现传统企业的创收增利。鉴于此,本研究主要完成了如下工作, 首先采用资料分析法,概述了“互联网+”背景下济南 L 通信公司物联网业务发展现 状及问题。济南 L 通信公司拥有与 Jasper 联手合作打造的功能强大的物联网连接管理 平台,同时拥有客户经理、销售支持和中台支撑的“铁三角”营销支撑体系,这使得, 从 2016 年 1 月到 2018 年 12 月两年的时间该公司物联网业务的月收入由 2.7 万元增长 至 329.0 万元,涨幅惊人。同时,从连接向应用和部件服务延伸,形成连接服务、部件 服务、应用服务及方案集成服务四大产品体系,行业应用广泛,涉及工业、农业、能 源、物流等多个行业。虽然该公司物联网业务有了一定的发展,但还处于发展起步阶 段,在物联网业务探索、发展过程中难免存在传统决策机制运营难以跟上市场节奏、 连接价值偏低、物联网平台资源整合度低等问题。其次,基于 SWOT 战略分析法,对 济南 L 通信公司物联网业务发展自身的优劣势及所处的内外部环境进行详细分析,并 通过农业物联网的成功案例说明物联网业务发展的机会。结合 SWOT 分析结果及该公 司的实际情况,应当将 SO 战略作为企业的优先选择战略,充分发挥自身内部优势,同 时抓住国家大力发展物联网产业及物联网市场发展空间广阔等机遇,加强对国外先进 物联网运营模式及技术手段的学习,辅以 ST 及 WO 战略,整合内外资源,提升企业 市场竞争力。最后,针对以上分析,探讨物联网业务的重点发展策略及具体保障措施。 立足“互联网+”的时代大背景,对症施策地提出加快组织变革,快速决策及响应等五个 重点发展策略。同时对下一步物联网业务的发展提出具体的保障措施,出台相关政策 继续支持物联网业务发展并打造适度的监管环境,整合物联网资源打造一体化业务运 营、建立物联网销售服务支撑团队、为物联网业务发展提供充足资金支持等。这些措 施使物联网业务更好地发展并为企业增收增利,也为同类企业物联网业务的发展提供 了启示。西北农林科技大学硕士学位论文 II 基于以上分析得出如下结论,物联网业务广阔的发展空间是济南 L 通信公司业务 发展的重要机遇。面对“提速降费”等政策压力,济南 L 通信公司要毫不动摇地大力发 展物联网创新业务,增强市场竞争力,扭转传统业务发展的劣势,为企业增收增利, 同时为经济和社会的发展注入新的活力。 关键词,互联网+;物联网;通信公司;发展战略ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT At this stage, as one of the three major telecom operators, L communication company has reached the saturation of its traditional business such as mobile phones and broadband. Under the background of Internet +, it has become the key of development to successfully complete the innovation of operational business and increase the profit and profit of enterprises. The rapid rise of Internet of things business has a very broad development space, which brings opportunities and dawn to telecom operators. Jinan L communication company follows the trend, vigorously develops the Internet of things innovation business, and ultimately drives the enterprise's income growth. In this context, the paper studies the advantages, disadvantages and development strategies of the Internet of things, an innovative business development of Jinan L communication company. The purpose is to provide decision support and help for L communication company in the field of Internet of things, to better find the road suitable for its actual development needs, and to provide reference for the development of other similar companies. There are two meanings to study the development of the Internet of things business of Jinan L communication company: one is conducive to cope with the development and change of the new situation; the other is conducive to the realization of income generation and profit increase of traditional enterprises. In view of this, this study mainly completed the following work: Firstly, the data analysis method is used to summarize the development status and problems of the Internet of Things business of Jinan L Communication Company under the background of “Internet +”. Jinan L Communication Co., Ltd. has a powerful Internet of things connection management platform jointly built with Jasper, as well as a iron triangle marketing support system supported by customer manager, sales support and middle platform, which makes the monthly income of the company's Internet of things business increase from 27000 yuan to 3290000 yuan from January 2016 to December 2018, an amazing increase. At the same time, it extends from connection to application and component services, forming four product systems of connection service, component service, application service and scheme integration service. It is widely used in industries, including industry, agriculture, energy, logistics and other industries. Although the company's Internet of things business has developed to a certain extent, it is still in the initial stage of development. In the process of Internet of things business exploration and development, it is inevitable that the traditional decision-making mechanism operation is difficult to keep up西北农林科技大学硕士学位论文 IV with the market pace, the connection value is low, and the integration degree of Internet of things platform resources is low. Secondly, based on the SWOT strategic analysis method, this paper analyzes the industry competition environment, advantages and disadvantages, internal and external environment of Jinan L communication company's Internet of things business development, and illustrates the opportunities of Internet of things business development through the successful cases of Agricultural Internet of things. Combined with the SWOT analysis results and the actual situation of the company, the SO strategy should be taken as the company's priority strategy, giving full play to its internal advantages, while seizing the opportunity of the country to vigorously develop the Internet of Things industry and the Internet of Things market, and strengthen the foreign countries. The learning of advanced IoT operation modes and technical means, supplemented by ST and WO strategies, integrate internal and external resources and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise market. Finally, in view of the above analysis, we will discuss the key development strategies and specific safeguard measures for the Internet of Things business. Based on the background of the Internet + era, we put forward five key development strategies, such as accelerating organizational change, rapid decision-making and response. At the same time, it puts forward specific safeguard measures for the development of Internet of things business in the next step, issues relevant policies to continue to support the development of Internet of things business and create a moderate regulatory environment, integrates Internet of things resources to create integrated business operation, establishes Internet of things sales service support team, and provides sufficient financial support for the development of Internet of things business. These measures make the Internet of things business develop better and increase income and profit for enterprises, and also provide enlightenment for the development of Internet of things business of similar enterprises. Based on the above analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: the broad development space of Internet of things business is an important opportunity for the business development of Jinan L communication company. In the face of policy pressure such as speed up and cost reduction, Jinan L communication company should unswervingly vigorously develop Internet of things innovation business, enhance market competitiveness, reverse the disadvantages of traditional business development, increase revenue and profits for enterprises, and inject new vitality into economic and social development.
