物流作为社会经济大系统的动脉系统,将社会生产的各部门联结为一个有机整体, 保证商流顺畅从而促进商品价值和使用价值的实现。受经济发展之利,物流人才需求激 增,然而在智慧制造、人工智能等技术快速发展的新形势下,物流人才须及时更新和完 善自身的知识、能力和素养,使之符合企业需求。 通过与专家、指导教师及参赛学生访谈发现,优质的物流职业技能大赛能有效平衡 物流人才在供给侧和需求侧的质量差异。企业将实际需求反映至大赛,参赛院校和选手 通过参赛及反思领悟大赛内容并将结果运用于人才培养方案的制订及日常教学之中,可 取得良好之效果。 现行的广东省高职物流技能大赛项目集中于传统商贸物流的考核,而未考虑技术发 展、电子化、智能化以及电子商务模式下的智慧物流层面的考核。本研究通过文献回顾、 专家访谈、参赛选手及指导教师问卷调查等方式找寻广东省高职物流技能大赛的优化建 议,调查结果显示,90%以上的调查对象提倡大赛内容应紧跟行业发展和科技前沿,打 造学习型的、体现协同育人思想的广东省高职物流技能大赛。 本文通过查阅国内外物流技能大赛的相关研究成果发现,与本课题相同或相似的内 容尚无人涉足;利用文献查阅、专家访谈、问卷调查等方式对广东省高职物流技能大赛 从赛项内容、赛项结果、赛项评价等角度进行阐述与剖析,论述了本项目优化的必要性; 依据学习型组织理论和协同育人理论提出赛项设计优化的原则、理念并确定了优化方 案,从技术、经济、组织三个方面论证了其可行性。本研究之结果可供教育主管单位日 后举办技能大赛评定项目之参考、可供各类专业优化技能大赛评定项目之修正依据等, 具有较大的实际应用价值。 关 键 词:高职院校;物流技能大赛;设计优化;可行性 研究类型:应用研究Subject :Design and feasibility research on national skills competition in Higher Vocational Logistics Projects Specialty :Project management Name :Wu jian (Signature) Instructor ..:Zhu chunyan (Signature) ABSTRACT As the arterial system of the social economic system, logistics connects the various departments of social production to an organic whole, guaranteeing the smooth flow of commercial flow and promoting the realization of the value of goods and the use value.Benefit from the economic development,the demand of logistics talent increases rapidly,however,during the new situation of rapidly development of intelligent manufacturing,artificial intelligence and other technologies, the logistics talent should update and improve personal knowledge,ability and quality to suit the requirements of enterprises. During the interview among experts,instructors and participants, we found that excellent logistics professional skills competition can balance the mass discrepancy of logistics talent between provider and demander effectively.The enterprises can reflect the requirement to the competition,and then the academy and participants can take participate in the competition and reflect the content of the competition to apply the results to the talent training program formulation and daily teaching,which will have a good effect. Current Guangdong Vocational Logistics Skills Competition Project focuses on traditional business logistics assessment,not considering technological development,electronization,intelligentize and the consideration of Intelligent logistics lawyer of e-commerce model.This research through the methods of literature review,expert interviews and questionnaire survey of participants and instructors to look for good advice for Guangdong Vocational Logistics Skills Competition,the result shows that above 4.9% respondents advocate the content of the competition shuold keep up with the development of industry and frontiers of science and technology closely,in order to make study-type and embody cooperative education thought Guangdong Vocational Logistics Skills Competition.Based on the research findings of domestic and foreign logistics skills competition,the article finds out that firstly,no one is involved in the same or similar content of this subject;secondly,capitalising on literature review,expert interviews and questionnaire survey to set forth and analysis the content,result and remark of the competition,discussing the necessity of optimization this project ;thirdly,according to learning organization theory and cooperative education theory,we put forward and optimize the optimization principle,idea and scheme of the competition and also demonstrate the feasibility from technology ecnomic and organzation.The results of this study is available for education authorities skills competition held to assess project reference in the future,for all kinds of professional evaluation project of correction based on optimization skills competition,has great practical application value.
