随着信息技术的飞速发展,“云计算”和大数据技术在地质数据的管理、查询、储存以及处 理与分析等方面的运用,值得深入研究。本文通过对新时代地质信息化的发展进行分析,并结 合现代项目管理理论和方法,提出地质大数据云平台的设计思路及实施方案,开展地质大数据 云平台项目的进度管理和质量管理研究。 本文将地质大数据云平台建设项目作为具体研究对象,主要对项目建设过程中的进度管理 与质量管理进行研究。通过系统、科学的项目管理理论、方法和技术手段对地质大数据云平台 项目进行全过程管理和监控。运用工作分解结构的方法,项目活动定义、活动排序、历时估算 等手段对地质大数据云平台项目进行计划和时间管理,并从人员分工、时间安排、变更管理、 质量保障等多个环节入手,对项目进行整体控制。建立完整的质量保障制度和风险控制流程, 对地质大数据云平台开发项目的全生命周期进行风险监控和质量管理,以达到提高项目效率, 保证项目开发质量,降低各种风险的目的。 地质大数据云平台项目的开发是一个结合项目管理的复杂工程,以云技术和地质数据库为 依托,利用空间信息技术实现地质资料一体化、标准化、规范化存储管理,实现了一个集地质 大数据导入、处理、应用、分析与分享为一体的全流程信息化工作系统,为地勘单位相关部门 科学决策提供有效的地质数据支撑,并且实施管理创新,增强地质数据的高效率运行。本文结 合计算机技术、互联网技术、Web 技术与现代项目管理理念,并与地质工作的现实情况相结合, 通过总结、归纳、改造、重朔现阶段地质工作的方式,打造以地质大数据云平台为基础的项目 管理新模式。 关键词:项目管理,大数据,地质信息化,管理创新地质大数据云平台项目进度与质量管理研究 II Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, the application of cloud computing and big data technology in geological data management, query, storage, processing and analysis is worthy of further study. By analyzing the development of geological informatization in the new age and combining with modern project management theories and methods, this paper puts forward the design idea and implementation plan of geological big data cloud platform, and carries out the research on the progress management and quality management of the geological big data cloud platform project. This paper studies the project construction of geological big data cloud platform, and the progress management and quality management in the course of project construction. Through systematic and scientific project management theory, methods and technical means, the whole process of geological big data cloud platform project is managed and monitored. Using the method of work breakdown structure, the project activity definition, activity ranking, and diurnal estimation to plan and manage the time of geological big data cloud platform project. Overall control the project from the personnel division, time arrangement, change management, quality assurance and other links. In order to improve the efficiency of the project, ensure the quality of project development, and reduce various risks, establish a complete quality assurance system and risk control process, risk monitoring and quality management for the entire life cycle of geological big data cloud platform project. The development of geological big data cloud platform is a complex project combined with project management. Based on cloud technology and geological database, the integrated, standardized and standardized storage management of geological data is realized by using spatial information technology, and a whole process informatization work system integrating the introduction, processing, application, analysis and sharing of large geological data is realized. Provide effective Geological data support for the scientific decision-making of geological survey units, and implement management innovation to enhance the efficient operation of geological data.
