The fundamental goal of investor protection is to protect investor information, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, maximize company value and promote the development of securities market. The protection of investors'legitimate interests is related to the health, stability and sustainable development of the securities market. Only by truly protecting the interests of investors can the securities market give investors confidence in investment and long-term development. However, China's securities market is an emerging market. Investors are characterized by strong herd mentality, immature investment concept, weak shareholder awareness and legal awareness, so they often become the biggest victims, which arouses the concern about the protection of investors'legitimate interests. Securities companies are intermediary service institutions for investors to enter the securities market, and they are at the forefront of the protection of investors'interests. In order to protect investors'interests well, we must highlight the practical requirements of securities companies, otherwise the protection of investors' interests will easily fail. For securities companies, the protection of investors'interests is an obligation and responsibility. To effectively implement the protection system of investors' interests can optimize investment services, effectively control risks and improve the competitiveness of the industry.
