在我国经济、科技迅速发展的背景下,互联网金融逐渐壮大,腾讯、百度、阿 里巴巴这些互联网企业借此迅速发展。以财付通、支付宝、余额宝等典型的第三方 支付产业的崛起,使我国形成了新的现代化支付格局。微信支付、线上支付已融入 到人们的日常生活中,并在全国的支付结算中占据相当大的比例,对商业银行的传 统业务形成巨大的影响。第三方支付平台的发展使得人们的日常生活更加便捷,即 促进了金融领域的发展,又带来了机会和挑战。 作为比较早的互联网金融业务,第三方支付的普及程度、成熟度越来越高,使 用领域越来越广。随着时代的发展,第三方支付平台的业务已经不仅仅是支付结算 业务,更是研发出了投资理财、消费信贷等业务。今后第三方支付将会有更加广阔 的发展空间,延伸到更多的新领域。随着第三方支付不断改变着人民的消费习惯, 对商业银行盈利的侵蚀作用将不断加深。 本文从第三方支付与商业银行盈利的相关理论基础入手,研究了商业银行与第 三方支付平台的合作和竞争的关系。以商业银行中间业务盈利、资产负债业务盈利 的数据为基础数据,选取了五大国有商业银行、三家地方城市商业银行、四家股份 制商业银行,共 12 家银行 2017 年财务报表的数据,使用敏感性压力测试方法,研 究第三方支付对商业银行中间业务、负债成本不一样的替代比例下,商业银行盈利 的变动情况。最后,本文对商业银行如何应对第三方支付带来的挑战,提升服务实 体经济质量和水平指出了几点建设性的建议。 关键词:第三方支付;商业银行;盈利;互联网金融I ABSTRACT Under the background of the rapid development of economy and science and technology in China, Internet finance is gradually expanding. Meanwhile, Tencent ,baidu and alibaba have developed rapidly. The third-party payment platform has developed rapidly. Tenpay, alipay and yu 'ebao are typical representatives. It has created a new modern payment pattern in China. Wexin payment and online payment have been integrated into People's Daily life. And they occupy a large proportion in the payment and settlement of the whole country, causing a huge impact on the traditional business of commercial Banks. The development of third-party payment platforms has brought convenience to people's lives. It has promoted the development of financial industry, and also brought opportunities and challenges. As an early Internet finance business, the popularity and maturity of third-party payment are getting higher and higher. The application field is getting wider and wider. With the development of The Times, the business of third-party payment platforms is no longer limited to the traditional payment and settlement business, but it has developed investment and financial management, consumer credit and other businesses. In the future, third-party payment will have more extensive development space . As third-party payment continues to change people's consumption habits, the impact on the profits of commercial Banks will continue to deepen. This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical basis of third-party payment and commercial Banks' profits.Then it analyzes the relationship between the cooperation and competition.To intermediary business profit, assets and liabilities business profit as the breakthrough point, this paper selected the five big state-owned commercial Banks, three local city commercial Banks, four joint-stock commercial bank, a total of 12 Banks in 2017 financial statements data. It uses the sensitivity of the pressure test method to research the effects of the third-party payment on commercial bank middle business and liabilities costs under different replacement ratio. Finally, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on how commercial Banks should deal with the impact of third-party payment and improve the quality and level of service real economy.
