伴随着经济和技术的全球化,中国市场和企业的日渐成熟与发展,很多跨国公 司在中国面临越来越大的竞争压力,在中国市场遇到诸多挑战与问题,甚至出现严 重的业绩下滑。美国康普公司就是其中之一,该公司综合布线业务中国市场占有率 从 2011 年的 43%,下降至 2016 年的 21%,五年时间中国市场占有率下降 22%。美 国康普公司是全球网络连接解决方案领导者,通信基础设施领域最受尊重、最值得 信赖的品牌之一。美国康普公司现今主要有二部分主营业务,一部分是以无线射频 基站设备、天线产品为主的无线网络连接业务;另一部分以铜缆、光纤通信线材为 主的综合布线有线网络连接业务。在康普公司分别是二个独立的运营部门,研发系 统、生产系统及营销系统都相互独立。本文的研究只涉及有线连接综合布线业务。 美国康普公司综合布线产品 1984 年进入中国,凭借着品牌与技术优势垄断者 着中国市场,到 2004 年,经过 20 年中国市场的拓展,中国区已经成为仅次于美国 的全球第二大市场,占亚太地区 55%的份额。但是,近年来康普综合布线业务在 中国市场占有率和利润均出现下滑,产品成本居高不大,原有中国区综合布线技术 创新系统问题日渐暴露出问题。无论从自身本土研发能力、生产规模、成本控制和 市场营销模式等方面,还是从外部市场环境的国家政策、行业规范和技术标准等方 面都对康普中国区综合布线业务不利。与此同时中国国内竞争品牌的产品灵活性和 价格优势日益明显,康普公司维持合理的市场价格和利润空间越来越难,日益减少 的利润空间让总代在人员和资金等资源投入上日渐减少,直接影响康普的市场渗透 范围,动摇了康普综合布线业务在中国的基础。中国区综合布线现有的技术创新系 统越来越不能适应中国市场,很难满足中国用户、代理渠道和系统集成商对厂家的 要求,市场竞争力在下降,一个企业很难改变整体的市场环境,要想在中国市场的 现状中获得进一步发展,就必须去适应市场,从企业技术创新系统的各方面对自身 进行调整和优化,尤其是技术创新组织架构系统、研发系统、生产系统和营销系统 要更加适应中国市场,加大对中国区综合布线技术创新系统的资源投入,使其更加 有效和灵活。 本文首先结合美国康普中国区综合布线业务面临的具体问题现状,运用市场调 查分析法、SWOT 分析法、PEST 分析法、对比分析法等工具阐述了在中国区综合布 线技术创新系统优化的重要性、迫切性和必要性,再从组织架构和研发系统、生产 系统、市场营销系统等技术创新系统的基本要素方面进行优化研究并提出解决方 案。然后从企业技术创新加强研究与发展部门、生产部门和营销部门有效整合,并 通过企业家领导与企业家精神、企业教育培训与人力资源、创新管理工具、企业创 新文化、企业制度、资金供应等全方位支持方面进行系统论述,最后从技术创新系II 统管理理念、技术创新意识、技术创新人才的培养、创新管理工具和资金等几个方 面对优化后的中国区综合布线技术创新系统顺利运行提供保障机制,为国外企业更 好的在中国发展提供借鉴意义。 关键词,康普公司;技术创新系统;综合布线III Abstract Along with the globalization of economy and technology, the Chinese market and enterprises are gradually maturing and developing. Many multinational companies are facing increasing competition pressure in China, encountering many challenges and problems in the Chinese market, and even a serious performance decline. There are many challenges and problems in the Chinese market. Many multinational companies have experienced serious declines in China. CommScope is one of them. The market share in China has dropped from 43% in 2011 to 23% in 2016. In the five years, China’s market share has dropped by 20%. CommScope is a global leader in network connectivity solutions, one of the most respected and trusted brands in the communications infrastructure. CommScope currently has two main businesses, some of which are wireless network connection services based on radio frequency base station equipment and antenna products; the other is based on copper and optical fiber cabling system communication wires. Wiring wired network connection service. The two divisions are two independent operations departments at CommScope. The R&D systems, production systems and marketing systems are independent of each other. The research in this paper only covers the wired connection cabling system. CommScope's cabling products entered China in 1984, relying on the brand and technology advantages to monopolize the Chinese market. By 2004, after 20 years of expansion of the Chinese market, China has become the world's second largest market after the United States. , accounting for 55% of the Asia Pacific region. But, in recent years, CommScope's cabling business has a decline in market share and profits in China, and product costs are too high, and the problems of the original China's cabling technology innovation system have gradually exposed problems. Whether it is from its own local research and development capabilities, production scale, cost control and marketing model, or from the external market environment, national policies, industry norms and technical standards are all unfavorable to CommScope China's cabling system business. At the same time, the product flexibility and price advantage of China's domestic competitive brands are becoming more and more obvious. It is increasingly difficult for CommScope to maintain reasonable market prices and profit margins. The ever-decreasing profit margin makes the total generation of personnel and funds and other resources increasingly invested. The reduction, which directly affects CommScope's market penetration range, has shaken the foundation of CommScope'sIV cabling system business in China. The existing technology innovation system of China's cabling system is increasingly unable to adapt to the Chinese market. It is difficult to meet the requirements of Chinese users, agent channels and system integrators for manufacturers. The market competitiveness is declining, and it is difficult for a company to change the overall market environment. In order to obtain further development in the current situation of the Chinese market, it is necessary to adapt to the market and adjust and optimize itself from all aspects of the technological innovation system, especially the Technical innovation organization structure system, R&D system, production system and marketing system should be more adapted to the Chinese market. Increase the resources invested in China's cabling system technology innovation system to make it more effective and flexible. The research in this paper only deals with the optimization of technological innovation systems in the cabling system business of the wired connection department. This paper firstly combines the current situation of the specific problems faced by CommScope China's cabling system business, and uses market research analysis method, SWOT analysis method, PEST analysis method, comparative analysis method and other tools to expound the importance of optimization of cabling technology innovation system in China. Urgency and necessity, and then carry out organization and optimization research and propose solutions from the basic elements of technological innovation systems such as R&D systems, production systems, and marketing systems. Then strengthen the effective integration of research and development departments, production departments and marketing departments from enterprise technology innovation, and through entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurship, corporate education and training, human resources, innovation management tools, corporate innovation culture, corporate systems, funding, etc. Systematic discussion on all-round support, and finally providing a guarantee mechanism for the smooth operation of the optimized China's cabling technology innovation system from the aspects of technological innovation system management concept, technological innovation awareness, training of technical innovation talents,Innovation management tool and funds.
