本计划书以建立“中云智慧消防云平台”为规划,在智慧消防行业发展研究的基础上, 对中云智慧消防云平台项目、平台作用以及广州华工中云信息技术有限公司(以下简称 “华工中云”)进行简单的介绍,构建出合理的企业组织架构以及发展策略,并针对项目 的关键技术与难点进行了分析,同时对项目的管理方法与模式进行了探讨;通过 PEST、 SWOT 以及波特五力模型分析法等方法研究讨论了项目的内外部环境,并针对企业现状 选择了合理的市场定位与目标;针对既定的营销目标、规划的营销方案制定出与之匹配 的商业目标。最后计划书对项目进行了投资分析,结合投入产出的情况,结合可能存在 的风险,对项目投入产出进行模拟预测与投资收益评估,综合形成具有可行性的系统的 商业计划案。 项目计划书从公司现状、企业外部环境、企业内环境分析、营销方案、投资预测以 及风险应对策略等六个方面进行综合分析讨论。在绪论和项目介绍里介绍了项目的商业 模式与发展背景,首先通过对传统消防领域与智慧消防研究现状的分析,得出华工中云 智慧消防云平台建设的背景,再通过项目的详细介绍呈现项目的管理模式、组织架构、 关键技术和盈利模式等;在企业内外部环境分析中,分析了项目的市场机会和竞争状况, 由此明确项目市场竞争优劣势;在营销方案中,在上述的基础上明确项目的目标市场, 并根据目标市场定位,提出了营销目标和营销策略,在目标市场分析过程明确中云智慧 消防云平台是一个 B2B 平台,故此制定与之相关的产品、价格、推广、渠道营销策略; 在投资预测中,对资金的投入做出了估算,同时对项目的投入成本与产出效益进行了投 入产出分析,在此章节通过财务测算预估得出项目建设周期为 1 年,投资收益可观,项 目可行性高,值得投资;在风险应对策略中,主要研究了项目可能面临的风险,从政策 法律风险、人才流动风险、经济环境风险以及技术风险这四方面进行分析,并给出了相 应的应对策略。最后,综合整个计划书分析,我们认为中云智慧消防云平台在未来的智 慧消防领域会有一个美好的前景。 关键词,智慧消防、云平台、云计算、大数据II Abstract The plan to establish a cloud wisdom fire cloud platform as the basis for the development of planning, in the fire protection industry and wisdom on the research of cloud cloud platform project, wisdom fire platform and Guangzhou Huagong cloud Information Technology Co.
