摘要 目前,各国均将机器人产业作为占领技术和市场制高点的重点研发与产 业化领域。我国将机器人产业纳入战略新兴产业发展的重点领域,提出要大 力推进自动控制系统、工业机器人、关键零部件等装置的研发和产业化。轴 承在工业机器人所有关键核心零部件中,与国外同类产品差距最大,成为制 约国产机器人发展的瓶颈。因此,发展适合工业机器人应用的高效率、轻量 化、长期免维护的工业机器人轴承及产业,对于推进中国制造 2025,从自动 化向智能化生产演进具有重要意义。 基于以上背景,本计划书通过对经济、项目管理、战略管理、技术创新 管理等相关理论进行梳理,首先对慈兴集团工业机器人轴承项目概况进行阐 述,运用 PEST 理论对工业机器人轴承项目的宏观环境进行分析,利用波特 五力模型对工业机器人轴承项目的竞争环境进行分析,采用 STP 营销理论对 市场进行细分、确定目标市场并进行市场定位;其次,阐述工业机器人轴承 项目技术方案的设计过程,涵盖总体方案、工艺设计、总体设计、土建工程、 建筑设计、动力设施等六个方面,并将安全生产和节能环保提到重要高度进 行论述。第三,提出项目的组织机构设置、人力资源管理、营销策略;拟定 项目投资和财务评价,估算项目预期的经济效益,提出融资方案;对项目实 施的潜在风险进行分析,并进行环境影响评价。最后,对慈兴集团工业机器 人轴承项目形成结论,并为项目和企业的发展提出进一步的展望。 通过本商业计划书,说明该项目实施的必要性与可行性,进一步规范其 经营方式、市场营销策略、融资方案等,增强投资者对该项目的信心,为项 目争取有力的资金保障,使项目得以顺利开展并取得预期收益。希望本计划 书对慈兴集团实现其预期商业目的有所帮助,同时也对同类商业计划书的撰 写起到参考作用。 关键词,工业机器人;轴承;商业计划书II Abstract Nowadays, a great many of countries focus on the robotics industries as a step of occupying the commanding heights of technologies and markets in R&D and industrialization fields. China has brought the robotics industries into an important field of strategic emerging industries, put forward the requirements of boosting the R&D and industrialization of equipment with giving a great impetus to the automatic control system, industrial robots and the key components. Among all the key components in industrial robots, there is a largest gap with the foreign similar products in bearings, which becomes a bottleneck of restraining the development of domestic robots. Therefore, it is very meaningful for promoting China Made 2015 and the transmission from automation to intelligence, to develop robot bearing and its industry which is suitable for industrial robot application with high effective, lower weight, maintenance-free in a long term. Based on the above background, this plan analyzes the environment for industrial robot project in Cixing Group firstly, by reviewing the related theories of the economics, the project management, the strategic management, the technological innovation management. It uses the PEST theory to analyze the macro environment for industrial robot bearing project , the Potter's five strength models to analyze the competitive environ ment of industrial robot bearing project, the STP marketing theory to segment the market, identify the target market and market positioning. Secondly, this plan states the design process of technical scheme for industrial robot bearings project, i ncluding overall scheme, technological design, overall design, civil engineering, architectural design, and energy supply design . And it also rises the production safety, energy conservation and environmental protection to an important and high level for discussion. Thirdly, the plan puts forward the organizational structure, human resource management and marketing strategy of the project . It draws up project investment and financial evaluation, and estimate the expectation economic benefit of project and propose s financing plan. It analyzes the potential risks of project implementation and conduct s environmental impact assessment. Finally, the plan concludes the industrial robot bearing project in Cixing Group and puts forward the further prospect of the development of this project and enterprise.
