项目可行性研究自二十世纪八十年代被引入中国后，为我国经济发展做出了 巨大的贡献。但由于我国很多企业对项目可行性研究简单应付、流于形式，造成 大量项目盲目上马，导致国有资产严重流失，使可行性研究方法未能充分发挥本 应该具有的功能与作用。本文希望通过 X 公司钢板加工建设项目的可行性研究， 帮助企业建立完善、全面、系统的可行性分析框架，为 X 公司未来项目投资的正 确决策以及项目建设的顺利进行提供有益的帮助与参考。 可行性研究是在项目拟建之前，通过对与项目有关的市场、资源、工程技术、 经济和社会等方面的问题进行全面分析、论证和评价，从而确定项目是否可行或 选择最佳投资方案的一项工作。 本文首先介绍了项目建设可行性理论国内外发展和运用的现状，重点综述了 项目投资建设理论以及风险管理理论。随后本文对 X 公司钢板加工建设项目的必 要性进行了分析，设计了项目建设的总体方案，在此基础上运用项目建设投资评 价方法对项目的技术可行性以及经济可行性进行了论证，并运用风险管理理论的 方法对项目在投资建设中可能存在的风险以及风险规避措施进行了探讨。最后对 这个项目进行了整体的可行性分析评价，并得出结论。 关键词，可行性研究 钢板加工 经济评价 风险管理II Abstract Research from twentieth Century eighty time was introduced after the China project feasibility， and made great contributions to the economic development of our country. But because of a lot of enterprises of our country for project feasibility study with ease， a mere formality， resulting in a large number of projects blindly launched， resulting in serious loss of state assets， the failure to feasibility study method to give full play to the function and role of this should have. This paper hope that through the feasibility study of steel processing project in X company， help enterprises to establish and improve the feasibility analysis，comprehensive，system framework， provide help and reference for the correct decision of X company in the future of the project investment and the smooth progress of construction projects. The feasibility study is in the proposed project before， through the project related market， resources， engineering technology， economic and social aspects of a comprehensive analysis of the problems， demonstration and evaluation， to determine a job whether the project is feasible or choose the best investment scheme. This paper first introduces the current situation of the development of project construction and use of the feasibility of the theory at home and abroad， reviews the theory of project investment and risk management theory. Then the necessity of steel processing project in X company， this paper carried on the research analysis， the feasibility on the basis of this paper uses project construction investment evaluation method of financing mode and project financial solvency of investment estimation and fund of the project are discussed， and by using the methods of the theory of risk management to the risk of the project may exist in the in the construction of investment and risk aversion measures were discussed. Finally on the project are analyzed and evaluated the overall feasibility， and draws the conclusion.
