I CH 酒店薪酬体系方案设计研究 摘要 区域环境竞争的加剧,促使酒店行业从内部寻找提升效率的突破口,以应对外部市 场压力,与管理成本直接相关的薪酬体系成为当前酒店行业的首选切入点。薪酬体系的 再设计对于激发员工工作活力、合理化设置酒店岗位、打破传统管理理念以及创新管理 形式具有重要意义。 本文以 CH 酒店为基础,在相关理论的指导下,通过调查问卷的方式分析了酒店在 薪酬结构、薪酬总额等薪酬管理方面的问题,并进一步详细分析了其现有薪酬结构中的 绩效工资、福利待遇中的不足,在此基础上,对 CH 酒店薪酬体系进行再设计,通过引 进薪点工资制对 CH 酒店进行岗位梳理和薪点评分,并结合行业薪酬水平,根据酒店战 略定位,设置其各岗位的薪酬水平,实现了既定研究目标。 关键词:薪酬体系;薪酬设计;激励理论ABSTRACT III Design and Research of Compensation System Scheme in CH Hotel ABSTRACT To cope with external market pressures, the intensification of regional environmental competition has prompted the hotel industry to seek internal breakthroughs in efficiency. The compensation system directly related to management costs has been become the preferred entry point for the current hotel industry. The redesign of the compensation system is of great significance for stimulating the vitality of employees, rationalizing the establishment of hotel positions, breaking traditional management concepts and innovating management forms. Under the guidance of relevant theories, this paper analyzes the problems of salary management in the salary structure and total compensation of the CH hotel through questionnaires, and then further analyzes the shortcomings in the existing salary structure and the welfare treatment. On this basis, the CH hotel salary system was redesigned. Through the introduction of position-points salary distribution system, the CH hotel will be reviewed and evaluated, in combination with the industry average., according to the strategic positioning of the hotel, the salary level of each position is set, and the established research goals are achieved.
