I 摘要 某袜业集团自成立以来,依靠雄厚技术力量和严格的科学管理已发展成为中国 北方知名的生产各类袜品的专业公司,以其精湛的技术和优良的质量赢得了广大用 户的青睐。然而随着公司规模不断扩大,带来产品的变化、染化料的变化以及水质 波动较大等不利因素,因此该集团改造原有废水治理工程项目改造建设迫在眉睫; 同时袜业在生产过程中会消耗大量水资源,大量废水达标后排放也会造成浪费,因 此废水深度处理后进行资源化利用也是减少污染降低企业运行成本创造规模效益的 途径。本研究通过对目前已有的项目概况分析,详细了解该污染物的排放情况和治 理方法,认清存在的环境问题;制定合理可行的污水处理改造方案以确保公司生产 排放的废水符合《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》;要求回用水达到《城市污 水再生利用分类》,《城市杂用水水质》,《景观环境用水水质》标准要求,回用水可 作为生产、车间地面冲洗用水,或者循环冷却水使用。根据该袜业集团生产状况及 目前的水量、水质情况,确定项目改造建设规模为处理废水 1200 吨/天,同时本着 水资源可持续利用的原则及企业的要求确定项目中水回用建设规模 600 吨/天。确定 项目概况,以及建设条件和厂址等基本信息,选定最终的建设方案:水解酸化+接 触氧化+二沉池+气浮,废水深度处理部分采用“絮凝沉淀+过滤+消毒”处理工艺,确 保达到回用水水质目标,并进行详细的方案设计,后续对该项目进行环境影响评价 分析以及其他项目具体内容的计划。 本研究根据实际情况制定了合理可行的污水深度处理改造方案,并进行详细的 方案设计和分析论证,同时本研究符合国家松花江流域水污染防治规划实施纲要, 符合当前节能减排和发展循环经济的战略思想。采用成熟的处理方法,具有高的污 染物去除率,同时操作简单,实现了该公司的染整废水合理有效的达标排放目标。 具有明显的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益,同时对于资源回收利用和环境保护具 有重要意义。 关键词: 印染废水,污水深度处理,工程改造,可行性研究Abstract I Abstract A hosiery group, which relying on the abundant strict scientific management and technical force, has developed into a well-known in north China of a professional company specialized in the production of various kinds of socks since its establishment, and won the majority of users favor with its exquisite technology and excellent quality. However, many adverse factors has been brought, such as the change of product, dyestuff, and water quality fluctuation as the company scale expands unceasingly. As a result, transformation of the original wastewater treatment project construction for this group is imminent. Then the large amount of waste resources will be consumed in the process of production, with cause waste for discharge of a large number of wastewater, so the wastewater after advanced treatment for resource use is a crucial way to reduce pollution and enterprise operating cost. The main content of the study is to put forward the exiting environmental problems, based on the current situation analysis of the project, pollutant discharge and controls measures that adopted at present based on the current situation analysis. The feasible sewage treatment retrofit scheme should been formulated to ensure the discharge of wastewater, that produced from company, meet《The Standard of Textile Dyeing and Finishing of Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge》; recycle water meet《The Classification of Urban Sewage Recycling》GB/T18919-2002; 《The Quality of Mixed City Water》GB/T18920-2002;《The Quality of Environmental Water》GB/T18921-2002; and the recycle water are used for production, the workshop group flush and circulating cooling water. The construction scale project has been determined as 1200 t/d according to the hosiery group of the current production situation, the quality and amount of water; at the same time, the recycling water scale has been determined as 600 t/d based on the principle of sustainable utilization of water resources and the requirement of the enterprise. The final construction schemes is:Hydrolytic Acidification + Aerobic Pond + Secondary Sedimentation Tank + Air Flotation, and the wastewater deep treatment part is Flocculation Precipitation + Filtration + Disinfection, which has been selected after theAbstract II determination of the project general situation, basic information and the construction condition. To ensure recycle water meet quality goals, we detailed plan designs, analyzed the environmental impact assessment and other project specific content of the plan. The study made feasible retrofit scheme of depth of sewage treatment and detailed design according to actual situation, at the same time, this research conformed the national Songhua river basin water pollution prevention and control planning, and meet the current energy conservation and emissions reduction and the development of the strategic thought of circular economy. The study has a high removal rate of pollutants and simple operations by the mature processing methods, meet effectiveness of dyeing wastewater discharging standard. And this study has obvious environmental, economic and social benefit, at the same time has great significance on recycling utilization of resources and environmental protection.
