党的十八届H中全会通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题 的决定》,对深化教育领域综合改革进行了战略部署,新时期的高校思想政 治工作研究在这一背景下显得尤为重要。现阶段高校的学生主体已经成为90 后,他们具有的独特特点,使得W往那些传统的大学生思想政治工作措施对于 他们收效甚微,而网格化管理在高校思想政治工作中的应用,有望改善这种局 面,帮助高校进行有效的思想政治工作。 本文针对大学生思想政治工作现状及目前存在的问题,充分应用文献资 料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和比较分析法等研究方法。探究在高校思想政 治工作中应用网恪化管理的可行性,通过比较与借鉴网格化管理在其它有关领 域的成功经验,访谈优秀的高校一线思想政治工作者,对现有的大学生思想政 治工作的方式进行改进和完善,为研究提供坚实的理论基础W及技术方面的支 撑。 通过研究,得出W下结论: 1、网格化管理应用于高校思想政治工作有助于提升大学生思想政治工作 的有效性、实效性,是对大学生思想政治工作的创新。 2、当今高校思想政治工作应大力提倡科学化、规范化,W及交流和互通、 追求实效的理念。 3、在技术方面,网格化管理平台的建设并应用于高校思想政治工作,基 本拥有了必要的资源基础,经过整合这些资源基础可W支持高校思想政治工作 网格化管理的开展。 4、现面临的重点任务是网格化管理还需要完备的联动机制,运行需要专业 化思想政治工作者队伍和志愿者来保证其运行,并对网格化管理的主体进行有 效开发。网格化管理才能对高校思想政治工作发挥作用。 关键词:高校;思想政治工作;网格化管理;可行性;对策 报告随机验证编号:BT5202110442170 IV 高校思想政治工作网格化管理的可行性研究 ABSTRACT Sincetheapprovalofstrate呂icplannin呂towardDeepenin呂theReform ComprehensivelyofEducationFieldfromDecisionoftheCentralCommittee oftheCommunistPartyofChinaonSomeMajorIssuesConcerning ComprehensivelyDeepeningtheReformduringtheThirdPlenarySession of18thCPCCentralCommittee,theimportanceofstudyingideological andpoliticaleducationatcollegesanduniversitiesinChinahasbeen promotedtoanunprecedentedposition.Currently,themajorstudentbody isconstitutedofpost90sgeneration,whoholdfairlydifferentviews andpsychologiesduetothefastchangin呂anddevelopin呂environment.
