报告针对胜利采油厂坨一污水站水质提升改造进行了可行性研究。通过分析油藏开 发及工程建设中出现的诸多问题,论证了对坨一污水站水质进行提升改造的必要性;通 过对坨一污水站污水开展水质分析、除油实验、加药沉降试验、比选水质净化药剂、过 滤试验以及水质稳定工艺研究,确定出坨一站污水性质、可选缓蚀剂类型及浓度、净化 重点及可选工艺等初步结论。 基于水质分析相关试验结果,报告开展了除油方案比选和相关配套工程设计。通过 比较除油方案一(HCF & OPS 除油+混凝沉降+过滤工艺)与除油方案二(HCF & OPS 除油+CoMag 工艺)的现行工艺、改造工艺、主要建(构)筑物、设备选型、配套工程 设计及其工程投资与成本分析,优选出方案一作为坨一污水站的除油方案。 除此之外,本文针对坨一污水站的能耗进行了分析,提出相应的节能措施;针对环 境保护、劳动安全卫生、效益分析,提出实际可行的工程建设意见。为坨一污水站水质 提升改造提供了具有参考价值的依据。 关键词:水质,除油,工艺设计,方案比选ii Feasibility research on the water quatity upgrading project of Tuo Yi seweage station in Shengli Oil Factory Pei Pei Directed by Prof. Lv Yuling S.E. Wu Linghua Abstract The paper conducted feasibility researches on the promotion and transform project of water quality in sewerage station Tuo I in Shengli Oil Factory. The necessities of promotion and transform are proofed by analyzing the various problems appeared in the development of oil deposit and engineering constructions. Some primary conclusions including the sewerage qualities, possible inhibitors and their concentration, the key point in purification and possible treatment technologies are obtained, by carrying on water quality analysis, degreasing tests, dosing and settling tests, choosing effective drugs for purification, filtering tests and stabilization technology of water quality. Based on the related tested results on the analysis of water quality, the comparison of two possible degreasing schemes and the design of the related auxiliary projects have been launched. Both scheme one (HCF & OPS degreasing+coagulation and settlement + filter process) and scheme two (HCF & OPS degreasing+CoMag process) include process promotion, design of main buildings, equipment selection, design of auxiliary projects, analysis of project investment and cost. The scheme one has been selected as a better degreasing scheme. Besides, related energy conservation measures are proposed by analyzing the energy cost in station Tuo I. Achievable suggestions on engineering construction are also proposed by the analysis of environment protection, benefit analysis and safety, which may provide gist with reference value for the actual promotion and transform of water quality.
