企业的生命力和竞争力主要来自于所拥有的核心技术和产品。在企 业生存和发展的道路上,技术改造作为企业扩大再生产、更新改造、提 高产品质量和技术含量的手段,扮演了保持竞争力、提高生命力、保障 企业可持续发展的重要角色。同时,技术改造投资作为固定资产投资的 一种,为社会的发展创造了持续不断的经济增长点。 在投资前时期对技改项目进行科学的可行性研究是国家从宏观角 度加强投资效益管理的重要手段,也是为投资者、决策者提供科学决策 的依据。由于技术改造项目可行性研究涉及的范围较宽,而大部分与可 研相关的书里基本不将其单独列出进行讨论,本文试图从我国可行性研 究理论的现状和发展入手,研究并探索对企业技术改造项目进行可行性 研究的有效方法。 报告首先对项目可行性研究的理论进行了探讨,其中着重对企业技 术改造项目的概念、特点进行了介绍。接着对项目的市场分析方法、技 术分析方法、经济分析方法等可行性分析方法进行了论述,在分析方法 中,综合了项目管理、项目评估、战略管理、市场营销、财务管理等学 科的理论。然后针对技术改造项目,提出了其经济评价的特点和财务分 析的方法,即增量法。另外,提出了在技术改造项目可行性研究中还应 该考虑的因素,包括国家宏观经济政策的影响、通货膨胀的影响、清偿 能力的分析范围等。报告还针对我国可行性研究工作现阶段的情况,从 可行性研究的标准、方法、目的、审批、可研报告编制等方面存在的问 题提出了一些建议。 在实证分析方面,以某公司的技术改造项目为例,结合上述理论及 分析方法,对其从市场、技术、经济、财务、风险等方面进行了可行性 分析论证。 关键词可行性研究;投资项目;技术改造西南交通大学硕士研究生学位报告 AbstraCt Thev1ta11tyandeomPet1tionabi1ityoftheenterPrisemostly eomefromtheeoreteehniqueandProduetthatowned。Intheroad oftheenterPriseexistinganddevelo卿ent,theteehnique innovationbywayofthemeansofenterPriseextendsthe reProduetionandinnovationandinereasesProduetqualityand teehnique.Pla羚dtheimPortantroleofkeePe绷Petitionability, inereasesvitality,and即aranteetheenterPriseeandeveloP eontinuanee.Atthesametime,theteehniqueinnovationinvestment aetionsakindoffixedassetsinvest,ereatillgtheeeono盯 inereaseseontinuouslyforthesoeialdevelo卿ent.
