I 摘要 可行性研究是工程项目前期立项、中间运作、最终实施的一种重要研究方法,通过 科学详尽可行性研究预估工程从设计、施工到后期使用及养护等多个环节可能出现的设 计方案、施工技术、社会影响、造价投资、养护运行等一系列前后问题,从起步阶段就 避免出现方案不合理、施工难度大、投资不合理、社会影响不良等不利状况。城市桥梁 的拆除改建项目,尤其是城市重要跨河主干道桥梁的拆除改建项目,在施工中常常保通 困难、保通压力大、牵扯到产权部门多、拆改难度大、工期较长,工程的可行性研究显 得尤为重要。 周口市大庆路是周口市区内南北主要交通要道,位于大庆路上的沙河桥出现险情断 行后,对当地交通影响很大,当地政府决定改建大庆路沙河桥。 本文以周口市大庆路沙河桥改建工程为背景,重点从四个方面对项目可行性进行了 研究, 首先,对项目所在区域的道路桥隧、市政设施、交通量等现状进行了调查和分析, 阐明了项目建设的可行性和必要性;其次,论述了所在区域的自然条件和基础资料,对 建设规模和技术标准进行了论证;第三,重点对工程方案进行了论证,通过从桥位、结 构形式、横断面布置、施工难易程度、养护、工期、造价、景观设计、桥梁养护与管理、 建设用地及拆迁、新技术采用和对环境、安全等方面,拟定(60+195+60)m双塔双索 面斜拉桥为推荐方案;最后,进行了经济评价和社会环境效益分析。 研究表明,本工程是尽快恢复两岸交通和经济发展所紧迫需要的,符合周口市城市 路网规划,是城市发展必须的,在工程技术和工程建设资金方面是可行的、有保障的, 建议尽快展开前期各项准备工作。 本文的研究成果为周口市大庆路沙河大桥改建实施提供了依据,也可为类似拆改新 建工程提供研究方法参考。 关键词,城市桥梁改建;可行性研究;方案论证;经济评价;社会评价Abstract I Abstract Feasibility study is an important research method of early project construction, intermediate operation and final implementation of the project. Daqing Road, Zhoukou City, is the main traffic artery in the north and south of Zhoukou City. After the Dan River Bridge on Daqing Road appeared dangerous and broken line, it had a great impact on local traffic. The local government decided to rebuild Shahe Bridge of Daqing Road. In this paper, Daqing Road, Zhoukou City, Shaheqiao reconstruction project as the background, focusing on four aspects of the feasibility of the project were studied: First of all, the current situation of road, bridge and tunnel, municipal facilities and traffic volume in the area where the project is located are investigated and analyBed, and the feasibility and necessity of the project construction are clarified. Secondly, the natural conditions and basic data of the area are discussed, Scale and technical standards. Thirdly, the project plan is demonstrated emphatically. Through the bridge construction, cross-sectional layout, ease of construction, maintenance, construction period, cost, landscape design, bridge maintenance and management, Construction land and demolition, adoption of new technologies and environmental and safety aspects, a(60+195+60)m Cable stayed bridge with double cable planes on Twin Towers bridge is proposed as the recommended plan. Finally, economic evaluation and social environmental benefit analysis are carried out. Research shows, this project urgently needs to resume the cross-Strait transportation and economic development as soon as possible and is in line with the urban road network planning of Zhou kou City. It is necessary for urban development and is feasible and secure in terms of engineering technology and project construction funds Therefore, the construction ofAbstract II this project is necessary and feasible, and it is suggested to start the preparatory work for the previous period as soon as possible..
