可行性研究是建设前期工作的重要步骤,是编制建设项目设计任务书的依据。 本次研究是在张家窝镇区域内,结合张家窝镇总体规划、社会经济发展、建设条件 等因素,通过必要的测量和地质勘探,确定建设规模、技术标准、工程方案和投资 估算,论证投资效益。主要内容为调查研究区域社会经济现状及发展,综合分析研 究其对本项目的影响;建设的必要性论证;工程方案设计,进行建设标准和规模论 证;工程数量估算及投资估算,进行项目国民经济评价和敏感性分析;根据工程规 模和资金筹措方案,研究建设工期安排及实施方案;进行工程环境影响分析,提出 环境保护措施意见;根据项目与所在地的互适性分析,进行项目的社会评价。 关键字:可行性研究 张家窝 规划 方案设计 可行性分析张家窝镇道路排水工程可行性研究 II ABSTRACT Feasibility study is an important step construction work.It is the basis of preparation of the documents of design work for construction projects.This study is in Zhang Jia Wo town area. Combined with Zhang Jia Wo town master plan, construction conditions and other factors, socio-economic development. Adopt the necessary measurement and geological survey, determine the scale of construction, technical standards, project and investment evaluation, justification investment results. Sections devoted to investigation of regional socio-economic situation and development of study on comprehensive analysis of their impact on the project; The necessity of construction of argument; Project design, construction standards and scale of argument; Project quantity estimating and cost estimation, project economic evaluation, and sensitivity analysis; Depending on project size and funding programmes, study on construction period arrangements and implementation of the programme; Analysis of the environmental impacts of the project and proposed measures for environmental protection; Depending on the project and mutual adaptability analysis of location and social assessment of the project.
