I 摘要 作为一种新兴的金融模式,互联网金融吸引了众多目光,其发展对于人们日 常生活和工作都产生了巨大影响,对商业银行等传统金融机构也构成了一定的冲 击。因此,分析互联网金融的特征、影响以及对商业银行的挑战,同时提出相应的 应对措施等是十分必要且重要的。 本文以互联网时代消费金融业务为研究对象,以浦发银行为典型案例展开研 究。研究过程中,本文综合使用了文献研究法、案例研究法、实地调研法和归纳 研究法等。首先,本文在对相关概念进行界定的基础上,描述了我国互联网消费 金融发展现状和特点,对互联网消费金融和传统消费金融进行了比较。其次,以 浦发银行为典型案例,分析了该银行消费金融业务的现状和问题。最后,给出了 浦发银行消费金融业务创新的策略。 本文认为互联网背景下浦发银行的消费金融业务创新主要从以下四个方面 进行:一是,丰富线上的产品和服务。二是集合信息资源,充分利用科技的手段, 全面改造信息系统完善互联网金融信用管理体系,从而精准授信,提高线上线下 贷款审批速度。三是,从洞悉场景出发,发掘风险控制重点 ,同时提高风险控 制模型的迭代速度,进一步严格内部控制,以便控制内部风险和外部风险。四是, 要构建快速反应的消费金融业务组织架构,改业务部制为事业部,以便于互联网 消费金融产品的开发和推广。五是,注重互联网金融人才培养,加强团队建设。 本文的研究结论既能丰富消费金融业务发展的相关理论研究成果,同时对于 商业银行消费金融业务发展也有一定的现实指导意义。 关键字:消费金融;互联网金融;浦发银行;金融市场Abstract II Abstract As an emerging financial model, Internet finance has attracted a lot of attention. Its development has exerted a huge impact on People's Daily life and work, and has also posed a certain impact on commercial Banks and other traditional financial institutions. Therefore, it is necessary and important to analyze the characteristics, influences and challenges of Internet finance to commercial Banks, and propose corresponding countermeasures. This paper takes the consumer finance business in the Internet era as the research object and takes SPD bank as a typical case to carry out the research. In the research process, this paper USES literature research method, case study method, field investigation method and inductive research method. Firstly, based on the definition of relevant concepts, this study describes the development status and characteristics of China's Internet consumer finance, and compares Internet consumer finance with traditional consumer finance. Secondly, this study takes SPD bank as a typical case to analyze the current situation and problems of its consumer finance business. Finally, this study gives the strategy of SPD bank's consumer finance business innovation. This study believes that the innovation of SPD bank's consumer finance business under the Internet background is mainly carried out from the following four aspects: first, enrich online products and services. Second, gather information resources, make full use of scientific and technological means, comprehensively transform the information system and improve the Internet financial credit management system, so as to provide accurate credit and improve the speed of online and offline loan approval. Thirdly, the key points of risk control should be explored from the perspective of insight into the scenario. Meanwhile, the iteration speed of risk control model should be improved to further tighten internal control so as to control internal and external risks. Fourthly, it is necessary to build a rapid response consumer finance business organizational structure, and transform the business department into a business department, so as to facilitate the development and promotion of InternetAbstract III consumer financial products. Fifth, pay attention to the cultivation of Internet financial talents and strengthen team building. The study conclusion of this paper can not only enrich the relevant theoretical research results of the development of consumer finance business, but also have some practical guiding significance for the development of consumer finance business of commercial Banks.
