为了保证大连中远海集装箱运输有限公司海铁联运一票制的发展,基于目前大连中 远海海铁联运的发展情况,结合当前物流环境和大连中远海内部发展现状,通过分析当 前形势提出海铁联运一票制的总体方案。 本文首先介绍海铁联运一票制的研究背景和研究意义,再简要介绍发达国家港口在 集装箱海铁联运方面的境况,以及国内港口当前的发展情况。通过对比总结出我国海铁 联运发展过程中的关键问题。之后介绍大连中远海以及与铁路局的合作现状,分析大连 中远海发展海铁联运的瓶颈和必要性,以及海铁联运一票制的难点分析。最后给出海铁 联运一票制的解决方案,分析船公司优劣势,并提出解决方案的保障措施。 大连中远海集装箱运输有限公司海铁联运环境分析与对策研究,主要分为绪论研究 背景和意义、海铁联运现状分析、结局方案和保障措施四部分内容。本文研究的最终目 的是通过分析中远海在海铁联运方面的问题,提供一个海铁联运一票制的发展方案,争 取在海铁联运市场发展中占据一席之地。 关键词,集装箱;海铁联运;一票制- II - Research on the Sea-Railway Transportation of COSCO SHIPPING Abstract In order to ensure the development of DaLian COSCOSHIPPING., the one-ticket system for sea-railway combined transport is proposed based on the current development situation of DaLian COSCOSHIPPING., the current logistics environment and the internal development status of DaLian COSCOSHIPPING. This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of the one-ticket system of sea-railway combined transport, and then briefly introduces the situation of container sea-railway combined transport in ports of developed countries, as well as the current development of domestic ports. The key problems in the development of China's sea-railway combined transport are summarized through comparison. After that, it introduces the current situation of cooperation between DaLian COSCOSHIPPING and the railway bureau, analyzes the bottleneck and necessity of DaLian COSCOSHIPPING in the development of sea-railway combined transport, and analyzes the difficulties in the one-ticket system of sea-railway combined transport. At last, the author gives a solution of one-ticket system for sea-going rail combined transport, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of shipping companies, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the solution. DaLian COSCOSHIPPING Sea rail transport environment analysis and countermeasures research, mainly divided into introduction research background and significance, sea rail transport status analysis, outcome plan and safeguard measures four parts. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to provide a one-ticket system development plan for sea-railway combined transport by analyzing the problems in sea-railway combined transport of COSCO and CHINA SHIPPING, so as to occupy a place in the development of sea-railway combined transport market.
