This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of the one-ticket system of sea-railway combined transport, and then briefly introduces the situation of container sea-railway combined transport in ports of developed countries, as well as the current development of domestic ports. The key problems in the development of China's sea-railway combined transport are summarized through comparison. After that, it introduces the current situation of cooperation between DaLian COSCOSHIPPING and the railway bureau, analyzes the bottleneck and necessity of DaLian COSCOSHIPPING in the development of sea-railway combined transport, and analyzes the difficulties in the one-ticket system of sea-railway combined transport. At last, the author gives a solution of one-ticket system for sea-going rail combined transport, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of shipping companies, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the solution.
