ZXPH 公司是一家创建多年的互联网金融公司,公司具体业务主要是车 辆抵押贷款以及车辆抵押收益权转让两部分,其员工激励主要涉及职位、级 别、绩效成绩等。为掌握公司现行薪酬激励机制的效果与存在的问题,我们 运用了问卷调查的方法,以员工访谈的形式对员工满意度进行调查,结果发 现 ZXPH 互联网金融公司在人力资源管理等方面存在许多不足,主要涉及人 员组织工作、员工绩效考核、薪酬管理等方面,调查结果整体体现出员工满 意度总体不高。针对公司存在的现实问题,结合激励理论研究,提出一系列 关于优化 ZXPH 互联网金融公司相关员工薪酬激励体系的方案,以期能够实 际解决该公司在人力资源的系统管理中出现的棘手问题。为使得相关建议能 具有可靠性、可行性、实效性,能够达成特定效果,我们还提出以人为薪酬 规划重心,在制度方面强化管理,建立与之相配套的人事控制制度的指导方 针,体现合理的人事竞争。 本文研究成果能够在一定程度上完善 ZXPH 互联网金融公司现有的薪酬 激励体系,也能够帮助 ZXPH 互联网金融公司吸引人才、留住人才、合理运 用人才,对于 ZXPH 互联网金融公司的快速发展也有积极意义,同时为其他 公司薪酬激励机制改进提供重要的借鉴指导。 关键词:ZXPH 互联网金融公司;薪酬激励机制;薪酬结构优化哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 II Abstract ZXPH is an internet financial company which has been established for many years. Its specific business is mainly vehicle mortgage loan and transfer of vehicle mortgage income right. Its staff incentive mainly involves determining the salary and treatment of employees in terms of position, grade, performance and so on. So as to understand the practical effect and potential problems of the employee incentive mechanism, we should investigated the information of employee satisfaction through questionnaires, employee interviews and other forms. The results showed that ZXPH Internet Finance Company had many shortcomings in organizational work, performance appraisal, salary management and other aspects of human resources management, which led to the employee satisfaction drops. In question, we come up with some advise to optimize the salary incentive mechanism of employees in ZXPH Internet Finance Company based on relevant incentive theory and actual situation, in order to provide reference and reference for solving the existing problems in salary incentive mechanism of employees in ZXPH Internet Finance Company. In order to ensure the implementation and Realization of relevant countermeasures and suggestions, we also put forward supporting arrangements such as insisting on people-oriented, strengthening system building, enhanced personnel control, and using effective competition. The research results of this paper not only improve the current salary incentive system of ZXPH Internet Finance Company, but also help ZXPH Internet Finance Company retain and make good use of talents. It is of great significance for the rapid development of ZXPH Internet Finance Company, and also provides reference for the improvement of salary incentive system of other companies.
