项目可行性研究作为投资决策前对拟建项目从技术、经济方面进行分析从而 为投资决策提供科学依据已经成功地应用于建设项目中。A 矿矿浆管道运输的技 术、经济指标也将在本文中通过大量的计算及图表综合地反映出来并为合理确定 设计方案提供科学的理论依据。 管道运输 (Pipeline transport) 是用管道作为运输工具的一种长距离输送液体 和气体物资的输方式,是一种专门由生产地向市场输送石油、煤和化学产品的运 输方式,是统一运输网中干线运输的特殊组成部分。管道运输有着无比的优越性, 不仅运输量大、连续、迅速、经济、安全、可靠、平稳以及投资少、占地少、费 用低,并可实现自动控制。结合攀钢的实际需求以及 A 矿丰富的矿产资源,管道 运输已经迫在眉睫。 本文依托管道输送技术的可行性,结合实际设计出合理的管道设计方案。 本课题研究的方法是通过调研国内外文献,研究矿浆管道输送的可行性及技 术方案的比较。从而结合实际情况确定出 A 二期工程的矿浆管道输送的合理方案。 主要是从项目技术分析和经济分析两方面着手确定出合理的方案。着手解决磨机 型式的选择以及过滤设备的比较与选择。A 铁矿精矿管道输送避免了汽车、铁 路运输的沿途损耗(2%) ,这不仅仅是节约了途损(每年约 6000 万元) , 对沿线的环境更是起到了积极的保护作用,项目具有相当的社会效益。A 铁 矿精矿管道工程的建成对 A 的整个矿山和冶炼系统工程而言,有了一条企业 专有的运输通道,这条输送通道将不受其他因素的影响,常年每天 24 小时 输送。对保证 A 矿山、冶炼系统的稳定运行的影响将是长远的。 关键词,矿浆管道输送;项目;可行性研究II ABSTRACT Project feasibility study, as in the investment decision-making before from aiming project analysis technology and economy so as to provide scientific basis for investment decision has been successfully applied in construction projects. Combined with the actual needs and white horse pangang is rich in mineral resources, ore pipeline transport is imminent. In this paper the technical feasibility of relying on the pipeline, and combining with actual design the reasonable piping design. This topic research method is through the investigation, the domestic and foreign literatures and feasibility of slurry pipeline technical scheme comparison. Thus combined with actual situation identify white horse of the second phase of the project of the slurry pipeline reasonable scheme. Mainly from project technical analysis and economic analysis on two aspects determine the reasonable scheme. Addressing grinding machine type selection and filtering equipment comparison and selection. White horse iron ore concentrate pipeline to avoid the car, rail transport along the path loss (2%), this is not only save the way about 6000 yuan each year loss (along), the environment but also have a positive protection, project has considerable social benefits.
