摘要 对于崛起中的中国，在国家经济的快速发展的愿景下，生态环境的破环问题 变得越来越严峻，国人对环保的重视程度也越来越高。在政府和社会各界的重视 下，环保行业也是快速发展，各路资本纷纷涌入，竞相角逐。A 环保集团是在激 烈的竞争中诞生的新企业，它希望利用自身的优势，在激烈的竞争中快速发展， 它的定位是成为省内最大的环保服务综合供应商。本文的研究目的就是为 A 环保 集团实现企业的定位，帮助其在残酷的竞争中激流勇进，找到适合企业自身的发 展战略。 本文在战略管理理论研究的基础上，开展 A 环保集团内部的调研以及江西省 垃圾焚烧发电市场的调研工作，运用所学理论对 A 环保集团所处的宏观环境、行 业竞争状况以及企业内部因素进行分析，提出 A 环保集团战略发展建议，帮助其 实现快速发展的战略目的。 A 环保集团，作为新进入环保产业的省属国资企业，其战略方案的研究和制 定工作不仅可以使企业本身实现快速发展，同时对于其他希望转型开展环保业务 的国资企业也可以起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词，环保产业；垃圾焚烧发电行业；战略研究Abstract For the rising China, under the vision of rapid development of the national economy, the problem of the destruction of the ecological environment has become more and more severe, and the people of the country have paid more and more attention to environmental protection.
