近几年来，国内文化产业发展迅速，产业投资基金对此发挥了巨大作用。贵 州省产业投资基金的发展目前还处于初级阶段，只有突破传统的融资方式，创新 金融模式，才能更好更快地解决文化产业发展中的投融资问题。在此背景下，本 文对贵州省发展文化产业投资基金问题进行了研究。 本文的研究内容主要包括：（1）产业投资基金基础理论。（2）海外与国内 各省市发展产业投资基金的经验与借鉴。（3）贵州省文化产业投资基金的前景 分析。（4）贵州省文化产业投资基金的实施方式和政策建议。 本文的研究结论为：（1）当前在贵州省发展文化产业投资基金既具有充分 的必要性，又具有较为有利的条件。（2）贵州发展文化产业投资基金，应该： 第一，充分借鉴海外和国内各省实践成果；第二，主要投向特色文化产业、旅游 业、民族特色文化产业等项目；第三，政府加强政策支持和引导；第四，完善对 市场相关主体的监管体系。 关键词：产业投资基金；文化产业投资基金；前景分析；发展模式II 英文摘要 In recent years, the domestic cultural industry, in which the Industrial Investment Fund played a tremendous role, has developed rapidly. The Industry Investment Fund of Guizhou Province is still in its infancy. The traditional mode of financing must be broken through so as to solve the culture industry investment and financing problems. In this way, suitable financial innovation mode of cultural industry should be explored. In this context, this paper studies the development issues of Guizhou culture industry investment fund. Research content of this paper mainly includes: (1) basic theory of industrial investment fund. (2) experience and reference of overseas and domestic provinces and cities in developing industry investment fund. (3) prospect analysis in Guizhou culture industry investment fund. (4) implementation methods and policy suggestions for Guizhou culture industry investment fund . The conclusion of this paper includes: (1) It is necessary for Guizhou Province to develop cultural industry investment fund currently. (2) Guizhou Province has the advantages of developing cultural industry investment fund. (3) In order to develop cultural industry investment fund in Guizhou, we should: firstly, draw lessons of practical achievements from overseas and domestic provinces; Secondly, with guidance of the government; Thirdly, investment projects mainly focus on characteristic culture industry, tourism, national characteristics and cultural industry; Fourthly, improve regulation system.
