近年来IPTV 受到前所未有的关注，特别是今年，更是受到大众媒 体的追捧。这是由于IPTV 的发展涉及了众多的行业，包括内容提供商、 网络运营商、系统设备制造商、终端厂商等，并与广大电视用户密切相 关。IPTV 除了面向传统的宽带用户以外，更面向中国数亿传统电视用 户，因此具有庞大的受众群体。IPTV 将以一种崭新的模式为用户提供 综合信息服务，它的推广将改变人们的生活模式。电信运营商开展IPTV 具有重要意义，不仅能及早培育在“三网融合时代”的竞争优势；更能 为用户提供“接入＋应用”新类型服务，突破宽带应用的瓶颈，为用户 提供更方便、更丰富的宽带信息服务，有效提高宽带用户的忠诚度，拉 动电信运营商宽带业务的发展。 本文共分六章来论述电信运营商 IPTV 系统的整体建设及可行性研 究。 第一章简要介绍了目前 IPTV 在国内外发展的情况、运营的经验， 说明了本文研究的背景和内容，并提出该研究的迫切性。 第二章通过对 IPTV 相关标准、平台架构和终端的研究，主要阐述 了该业务已具备成熟的实际应用基础。 第三章分析了运营 IPTV 支撑网络的基本需求，提出支撑网络的改ii 造建议，重点分析了核心汇聚层、接入层改造的几种选择，最后指出终 端的安全要求。 第四章、第五章是本文的核心部分，作者针对现网做了各种不同情 况下的测试，得出测试数据，提出了目前承载网的各种改造建议，为业 务的发展提出了可实施的方案。 最后一章对本文研究内容进行总结，再次阐述了研究的现实意义。 关键词，IPTV，标准，支撑网，改造iii IMPLEMENTATION AND FEASIBILITY INVESTIGATION OF TELECOM OPERATOR THE INTEGER IPTV SYSTEM ABSTRACT IPTV is the hotspot in recent years and especially this year.The development of IPTV covers a lot of areas and people including ICP, ISP, vendor and end-user. IPTV will face not only traditional Internet end-user but also the end-user of CATV.IPTV will provide integrated information services to the end-user with a whole new service model which will also change the living model of people. It’s very meaningful for the carriers to provide IPTV service since it will allow more affluent information service and improve the development of Internet service. What’s more the telecom operators deploy IPTV will posses the advantages in the convergence trend of network and provide more services to the subscribers and elevate the faith of subscribers. There are 6 chapters in the paper describing the system construction and feasibility of IPTV. In Chapter 1 the overseas development and operation experiences will be introduced, which shows the background, content and necessity of the whole paper.iv In Chapter 2 the related standard, platform structure and research of terminal of IPTV will be introduced to present the service base. Chapter 3 analysis the basic requirement for the supporting network of IPTV, giving opinion of supporting network, and also several choices for the reconstruction of Core COnvergence Layer、access layer and finally point out the security requirements for the terminals. Chapter 4 and 5 are the key section of this paper, in which some suggestions are given for the reconstruction of bearer network, based on real test and data. Chapter 6 is the last chapter, which summarizing the whole paper and emphasizing the real importance of the research.
