在 2014 年 9 月份的夏季达沃斯论坛上李克强总理在致辞中明确指出“大众 创业、万众创新”是中国经济后续发展的重要贡献力量,这是要在中国这片广阔 的土地上兴起“大众创业”“草根创业”的新风潮,形成中国特色“万众创新” “人人创新”的新气象,从此创业者搭上了政策的东风,创业不是小众的选择, 而是整体中国就业组成的重要贡献力量。 中国科技以及社会要发展,集成电路产业的发展是必不可缺的重要组成部 分,在国家集成电路产业投资基金的设立和运行以及政府对中国芯的强烈期望中, 集成电路产业在中国进入了一个前所未有的最好的时代。 ITO 物联网、大数据的采集分析和云存储技术方案,以及数据信息安全这 些概念和技术的发展都不能脱离集成电路产业的助力,所以除去政策环境以外, 市场同样给予了集成电路产业腾飞的动力,在政策背景以及市场背景双重利好的 情况下,促使了本项目的诞生,一个针对集成电路产业的互联网服务性平台,为 集成电路行业供应链环节的从业者提供信息分享、交易互动以及创业支持的服务。 本研究报告针对集成电路产业重点环节进行了背景介绍和行业竞争分析,并 且对项目各功能组成部分的规划原因以及作用进行详细的说明,研究报告的主体 是商业计划书的形式,所以也加入了 SWOT 分析来更系统的评估项目的可行性。 项目的本质是互联网的形式,所以推广是非常重要的环节,本研究报告详细 介绍了推广进度规划、融资规划以及预期的效果。在一定时期内团队的组成部分 和重点分工,更清晰论证项目的可行性。以 2 年为时间周期针对项目做出财务分 析,包括收入、支出、税务等各个环节,运用文字以及图表的形式做出清晰和系 统的呈现,以及从 5 个方向针对本商业项目可能遇到的风险以及应对的方式进行 详细的说明。本报告透过样本调查、透过个案与信息的研究进一步完善报告的严 谨性。 在研究方法上,本报告的研究采取以定量分析为主,定量与定性分析相结合 的方法,深度掌握了行业规律,剖析了集成电路产业服务平台运作方法和秘诀。 同时还运用了 SWOT 分析法对由内部因素或外部因素所产生的风险、机会、优势、 劣势等进行了详细的说明。 针对商业计划的各个相关方面做出完善的剖析后得出的结论认为,开发本项 目具有投资回报率高、推进速度快、可能产生的危机有可行的解决方案等优点, 所以该项目具备启动的条件。 关键词:集成电路,服务平台,商业计划书III Business Plan about IC Industry Service Platform Abstract In the September 2014 Summer Davos forum, Premier Li Keqiang publiclyclearly pointed out in his speech that “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”was an important contribution to the subsequent development of China's economy, which gaves rise to the new wave of “mass entrepreneurship and grassroots entrepreneurship “ in China's vast land. From then on, the entrepreneurs catch the wind of policy. Entrepreneurship is an important contribution force to the employment of our country rather than a small minority choice. The development of the IC industry is an indispensable part for the development of science and technology of China.The national integrated circuit industry in china has entered into an unprecedented best periods after the establishment of national IC industry investment fund and strong expectation from China's core leadership. The development of ITO networking, large data collection, cloud storagetechnology and information security needs the support of IC industry. Apart from the policy environment,the market also gives the power of the integrated circuit industry to take off. This project thatprovides information sharing, transaction interaction and entrepreneurial support services for practitioners in the supply chain of the integrated circuit industry was born under the double positive effects from policy background and market background. It’s an Internet service platform for the integrated circuit industry. This study has carried on the background introduction and the industry competition analysis, and also presented a detailed explanation on the planning reason and the function of each function part of the project. The main body of the research report is in the form of a business plan, so it also applies the SWOT analysis to more systematically assess the feasibility of the project. How to promote is a very important point of the project, this study details the promotion of progress planning, financing planning and expected results.It presents the team components and team work divisions in a certain period thus more clearly demonstrating the feasibility of the project.Taking 2 years as a time period, we make financial analysis, including income, expenses, tax and other aspects, using text and graphics in form to do systematic presentation. Moreover, we deal with a detailedIV description from five dimensions which the project may encounter risks as well as solutions. It further improves the credence of the study through the sample survey and case information. This study adopts the method of quantitative analysis as a main research method, and also combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, mastering the law of the industry in depth, analyzing the operation method and secret of the integrated circuit industry service platform. At the same time, SWOT analysis is also used to explain the risks, opportunities, advantages and disadvantages of internal factors or external factors. After making a detailed analysis of various aspects of the business plan, we conclude thatthe development of this project has an advantages of high return on investment, fast progress, possible contingencies and possible solutions, so the project has the conditions to start.
