I 摘要 随着高新技术的发展以及互联网环境的不断深化,电子商务、互联网金融等等 领域也相继融入到了人们的日常生活中,而伴随着这些新兴行业的发展,物流与供 应链行业也迈入了一个新的发展阶段。在这样的大发展背景下,汽车物流应运而生, 成为现代物流领域中的重要组成部分。随着汽车产业在中国不断发展,中国兵器装 备集团公司(以下简称兵装集团)持续在汽车物流实施全国布局战略。CM 物流作 为兵装集团实施汽车物流的唯一企业,是该集团进行全国汽车物流战略布局的直接 实施者。 在此大背景下,A 汽车公司(以下简称 A 公司)宣布将在杭州大江东产业集聚 区前进园区投资建设一个全新的整车生产基地——A 汽车公司杭州工厂(以下简称 A 公司杭州厂)。根据规划,A 公司杭州厂将发展成为 A 公司在中国的两大汽车生 产基地之一。CM 物流公司设立杭州子公司的最主要动因之一,便是承接和运营 A 公司杭州厂的汽车零部件制造配送供应链物流业务。“万丈高楼平地起”,任何投资 项目都离不开前期的项目可行性研究作为前提与基础,可研结果是否可行,更是投 资决策的重要依据。因此,本文基于 CM 物流公司杭州汽车零部件制造配送项目为 研究对象,进行项目可行性研究。 在介绍了本文的研究绪论以及相关理论基础后,在具体的可行性分析部分,首 先,就项目概况做出了基本介绍,具体介绍了项目的承办公司简介,项目需求以及 必要性分析,项目简介、项目内容、目标、特点简介,项目产品简介,项目投资估 算与融资方案以及对整个项目做出整体预期以及总结。然后将项目涉及的汽车物流 市场与汽车零部件销售市场由宏观到微观进行了相应分析。在进行了市场分析的基 础上,本文接下来就针对项目的建设方案从建设规模,项目建设厂房介绍,场地与 地勘报告分析与项目建设设计做出了整体的介绍与分析。有了项目建设方案的分析, 项目可行性分析接下来的重点就是经济效益分析以及社会效益分析,最后阶段则是 项目的风险分析以及对策,主要从市场风险与政策风险两方面入手,提出问题及对 策。报告最后对本文整体做出总结,在研究的基础上对未来的工作做出展望。 关键词,CM 物流公司,汽车物流,可行性研究,汽车零部件配送重庆大学硕士学位报告 英文摘要 II ABSTRACT With the development of high technology and the continuous deepening of the Internet environment, e-commerce, Internet finance, and other fields have also been integrated into people’s daily lives. Against this backdrop, A Motor Company announced that it will invest in the construction of a brand-new vehicle production base at the advance park of the Dajiang East Industrial Zone in Hangzhou, the A-car company's Hangzhou plant. According to the plan, A car company Hangzhou plant is one of Ford's two major production bases in China. One of the most important reasons for the establishment of CM Logistics is to undertake and operate the supply chain logistics business of the Chongqing Automobile Plant of A Automobile Company. “Millions of high-rise flats” and any investment project is inseparable from the previous project feasibility study as a prerequisite and foundation, and it is an indispensable work preparation before investment decisions.
