随着素质教育的推进,美术教育对学生全面发展的作用日益受到关注,商业美术培 训机构凭借其趣味性和个性化教学特色得到蓬勃发展。A 美术文化培训公司作为全国连 锁的品牌企业,体系完备、竞争优势明显,但是在发展中也出现了一些问题。 本文以 A 美术文化培训公司为研究对象,在借鉴和吸收相关研究成果的基础上,综 合运用培训质量的相关理论,基于公司概况和培训质量管理现状,立足于全面质量管理 和六西格玛理论,通过问卷调查和访问调查收集研究数据,运用 SPSS 软件和回归分析 法进行数据分析研究发现:一方面,A 美术文化培训公司逐渐发展为全国少儿美术教育 的品牌机构之一,其具有明显的品牌优势、产品优势和团队优势;另一方面,因其发展 过快也出现了一些影响自身健康发展的情况,诸如欠缺教师质量管理体系、人员稳定性 较差、教学方式单一、评估标准缺乏多样性等问题。结合 A 美术文化培训公司的实际情 况,从规范教学管理制度、创新培训形式、提升师资队伍质量、推进多样性评估等方面 提出了相应的建议。希望本研究对校外美术培训机构的发展有一定的借鉴意义。 关 键 词:A 美术文化培训公司 培训管理 培训质量 论文类型:应用基础III Subject :Research on training quality improvement ofAArt and Culture training Company Speciality:Business Management Name : Li Zhihan (signature) Instructor:Yang Ruijuan (signature) ABSTRACT With the advancement of quality education, the role of art education in students'all-round development has been paid more and more attention. Commercial art training institutions have developed vigorously with their interesting and personalized teaching characteristics. As a national chain brand enterprise, A Fine Arts and Culture Training Company has complete system and obvious competitive advantages, but there are also some problems in its development. Taking A Fine Arts Culture Training Company as the research object, on the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing relevant research results, this paper comprehensively applies the relevant theories of training quality, based on the general situation of the company and the current situation of training quality management, based on the theory of total quality management and six sigma, collects research data through questionnaire survey and interview, and uses SPSS software and regression analysis method to divide the data. On the one hand, A Fine Arts Culture Training Company has gradually developed into one of the national brand institutions of children's fine arts education, which has obvious brand advantages, product advantages and team advantages; on the other hand, because of its rapid development, there have also been some situations affecting its healthy development, such as lack of teacher quality management system, poor staff stability, single teaching methods. Finally, according to the actual situation of A Fine Arts Culture Training Company, some suggestions are put forward in terms of standardizing teaching management system, innovating training forms, improving the quality of teachers and promoting diversity evaluation. Through the improvement and improvement of training quality, we can promote the development of A Fine Arts and Culture Training Company. At the same time, we hope that this study can be used for reference for the development of off-campus FineArts Training Institutions.
