I 摘要 为满足内蒙古自治区兴安盟乌兰浩特市经济技术开发区的用电需求,提高 开发区内企业的供电能力与质量,带动兴安盟地区经济社会发展,需要建设必 要的输变电工程。本文针对拟建设的兴安盟开发区 220kV 输变电工程进行了可 行性研究,目的是完善兴安盟电网结构,满足地方经济发展需要。 本文首先根据国家电网公司对输变电工程可研的有关要求,结合掌握的第 一手资料,对该项目的系统接入方案、二次设备方案和通信方案进行了规划和 设计。其次对拟建的开发区 220kV 变电站站址进行了方案比选,在此基础上进 行电气主接线方案、总平面布置方案、电气二次方案,建设施工等进行了规划。 再次从输变电工程线路总体情况出发,在综合考虑对路径方案构成影响的因素, 对线路路径方案进行了规划设计,同时对导线、地线、杆塔等进行了规划。最 后对整个工程进行了投资估算,并对其经济指标进行了评价。通过对该输变电 工程的技术性和经济性的研究分析,论证了该输变电工程的建设是必要的和可 行的。 关键词:电力系统 变电站 送电线路 220kV 可行性研究Abstract II Abstract For Inner Mongolia xingan league wulanhaote economic and technological development zone of electricity demand, improve the power supply ability of the enterprises in the development and quality, promoting economic and social development in xingan league, need to build the necessary power transmission and transformation project. In this paper, the feasibility study of 220kV power transmission and transformation project of xingan unita development zone is carried out. The purpose is to improve the structure of xingunita power grid and meet the needs of local economic development. In this article, the first thing that we have to do is to make a plan and design for the system access plan, a second device, and a protocol for the project of the power grid corporation, which is based on State Grid Corporation of China. Second on the proposed development zone 220kV substation site plan choice, on the basis of the main electrical wiring schemes, general layout plan, electric secondary scheme, construction and so on has carried on the plan. Again, starting from state grid corporation of china and transformation project, in consideration of influencing factors of the path to the program, the planning and design scheme of circuit path, at the same time on the wire, ground wire and tower. At last, the whole project is estimated and the economic indicators are evaluated. Through the research and analysis of the technical and economical efficiency of the transmission and transformation project, it is proved that the construction of the power transmission and transformation project is necessary and feasible.
