本文依据智能仓储管理相关理论,介绍了智能仓储管理的含义、特征以及智能仓 储管理的方法,同时对汽车制造业的智能仓储管理的特点进行解读,然后通过对国内 整车制造龙头企业 SY 汽车工厂的仓储管理进行实践研究,结合实际情况对 SY 汽车 工厂仓储管理的人、机、料管理现状分析,深入分析 SY 汽车工厂在日常管理仓库过 程中所面临仓储管理短板和产生短板的原因。通过对 SY 汽车工厂仓储管理现状进行 分析,同时在相关智能仓储管理理论指导下,结合汽车制造业仓储管理特性,提出一 些对 SY 汽车工厂仓储管理具有针对性和可操作性优化建议。完善了 SY 汽车工厂智 能仓储管理的体系、优化智能仓储管理系统、完善员工考核指标,同时提高员工劳动 积极性,从而改善了 SY 汽车工厂的智能仓储管理模式,为 SY 汽车工厂未来在汽车 制造业中持续发展夯实基础,提高核心竞争力。 本文通过研究,明确了 SY 汽车工厂目前智能仓储管理存在的短板,并且制定了 解决 SY 汽车工厂智能仓库管理的优化措施。本文研究的结论对 SY 汽车工厂智能仓 储管理未来发展有具有较大的指导意义,为其他汽车制造工厂智能仓储管理提供具有 参考价值的优化方案。 关键词:汽车制造商,智能化仓储管理,SY 汽车工厂 沈阳大学硕士学位论文II Study on intelligent warehouse management optimization of SY automobile factory Abstract Based on intelligent warehouse management related theory, this paper introduces the connotation of the intelligent warehouse management, characteristics and method of intelligent warehouse management, at the same time on the characteristics of the intelligent warehouse management of car manufacturing, and then through to the domestic vehicle manufacturing enterprises SY car factory warehouse management practice study, combined with the actual situation of SY car factory warehouse management person, machine, material management present situation analysis, in-depth analysis of SY car factory faced in the process of daily management of warehouse storage management and the reasons of short board. By analyzing the status quo of warehouse management of SY automobile factory, and combining with the characteristics of warehouse management of automobile manufacturing industry under the guidance of relevant intelligent warehouse management theories, some targeted and operable Suggestions for warehouse management of SY automobile factory were proposed. Perfect the SY car factory intelligent warehouse management system, optimize the intelligent warehouse management system, improve the staff appraisal index, at the same time improve staff work enthusiasm, thus improve the SY car factory intelligent warehouse management mode, for SY car factory in the future sustainable development foundation in the auto industry, improve the core competitiveness. Through the research, this paper clarified the shortcomings of the current intelligent warehouse management of SY automobile factory, and formulated the optimization measures to solve the intelligent warehouse management of SY automobile factory. The conclusions of this paper have great guiding significance for the future development of SY intelligent warehouse management in automobile factories, and provide the optimization scheme with reference value for the intelligent warehouse management in other automobile manufacturing plants.
