为提高东北管网适应目标市场用气量的波动,更好的保障东北管网事故状态下的紧 急供气,亟需配套建设吉林油田储气库项目进行季节调峰,建设吉林油田储气库项目。 吉林油田储气库项目的可行性研究对于科学、合理、安全、高效的利用天然气,缓解日 益紧张的能源需求,具有十分重要的意义。 本文通过对双坨子储气库 1 座集注站(双坨储气库集注站)、15 座井场(坨 118-2、 坨 126-2、坨 29、坨 A4-4 共 4 座丛式井场;坨库 H2~H11-1 共 11 座大斜度单井井场), 利旧 2 座老井井场(坨 A4-4、坨 103-1),并配套建设各井场间及井场至集注站的集输 管道及前大分输站至集注站20 km双向输气管道的注采集输工艺系统和公用工程系统工 艺的可行性分析 [2] ,利用可行性方案对比等方法,确定了地下储气库注采系统规模:注气 期需 190 天,采气期需 150 天,压力平衡期需 25 天;井口采用注防冻剂工艺,在井场 设置注醇系统,作为开井初期的防冻措施;注气工艺选用 3 台单台排量为 100×104 m 3 /d 的电驱往复式注气压缩机组,进口压力在 3.0-5.0 MPa,出口压力在 7.0-25 MPa;露点控 制工艺仅针对脱水工艺进行方案比选,确定采用三甘醇脱水工艺,设置一套 450×104 m 3 /d 的三甘醇脱水装置;站外集输系统工艺流程、公用工程系统的方案优选、设备选型; 通过对地下储气库工程的适应性分析,确定了项目具有较好的经济价值和社会价值,具 备一定的抗风险能力,进而确定吉林油田储气库工程项目具有可行性。 关键词:天然气;地下储气库;集注工艺;可行性研究ii Feasibility study on underground gas storage reservoir in Jilin Oilfield Abstract To implement the national strategy of revitalization of the northeast old industrial base vigorously promoting clean energy in primary energy consumption ratio, to meet the demand for natural gas in northeast China as soon as possible, improve the northeast pipeline by the gas transmission capacity of the pipeline, to adapt to the target user gas market fluctuation, and needs to be supporting the construction of underground gas storage for seasonal peak shaving.And in order to better ensure the northeast emergency gas supply pipeline accident situation;Jilin oil field gas storage project feasibility study for scientific, reasonable, safe and efficient use of natural gas, alleviate the increasingly tense energy demand, has the very vital significance. This article through to the double lump of a commentary on gas storage station (double tuo on gas storage station), 15 wellsite (tuo 118-2, 2, tuo tuo 126-29, tuo A4-4, a total of four cluster well site; tuo library H2 ~ H11-1, a total of 11 high Angle single-well wellsite), the old two old well site (tuo, tuo A4-4, 103-1), and between all the wellsite construction of form a complete set and wellsite to glosses station of the pipeline and before the big points to glosses stand 20 km two-way pipeline note collection and process system and utility system process feasibility analysis [2], by using the methods of feasibility scheme comparison, determine the size of the injection-production system of underground gas storage, gas injection period to 190 days, gas recovery period to 150 days, pressure balance need to 25 days;Note antifreeze technology on wellhead, alcohol injection system is set in well site, as well open early anti-freeze measures; Gas injection process to choose three single capacity is 100 x 104 m3 / d electric displacement reciprocating compressor unit, gas injection inlet pressure in 3.0 5.0 MPa, outlet pressure is 7.0-25 MPa; Dew point control scheme comparison process only for dehydration process, determine the teg dehydration process, set up a set of 450 x 104 m3 / d teg dehydration device; Standing outside the gathering system process flow, plan optimizationiii of utility system, equipment type selection; Through analyzing the adaptability of underground gas storage project, determine the project has good economic value and social value, have a certain ability to resist risk, and determine the jilin oil field gas storage project is feasible.
