可行性研究是项目投资决策之前,运用多种科学工具对项目进行综合性技术 和经济论证的一种科学方法。本文从山东东岳集团的实际出发,采用理论与实践 相结合的研究方法,详实地分析了该集团投资 6 万吨/年氯碱项目的可行性问题。 本文共分两大部分。第一部分为项目可行性研究理论综述。该部分对项目可 行性研究的主要内容、财务评价方法、项目不确定性分析等理论进行了详细介绍。 第二部分为山东东岳集团氯碱项目可行性研究案例。该部分运用项目可行性研究 的理论与方法,结合市场调研,系统地对氯碱项目的可行性进行了多方面的分析, 包括项目建设的必要性、市场供求预测、项目设计方案、项目财务评价、项目不 确定性分析等。通过比较、分析、论证，文章最后得出了山东东岳集团投资氯碱 项目切实可行的结论。 关键词， 可行性研究 ;氯碱 ;财务评价;不确定性分析ABSTRACT Feasibility study is a scientific method , which aims at making a survey of economy through quite a few scientific approaches before the decition and investment of the project . Based on the situation of ShanDong DongYue Group and the research method of the integration of theory and practice , in this article , the main problems that the group is facing in the investment of 60000t/y Chlorine-Alkali project are analyzed in detail . This article consists of two parts. The fist part is a summarization of the theories about feasibility study upon construction project . This part introduces the important content , the method of financial evaluation and the risk analysis about feasibility study in detail . The second part is the case of Chlorine-Alkali project of ShanDong DongYue Group . This part makes use of the theories and methods of project feasibility study , combining with marketing analysis , to systematically analyze the feasibility of Chlorine-Alkali project in all respects . It includes necessary of the project construction , prediction of the market supplys and demands , project design solution , project finacial estimation , project risk analysis and so on. Through comparision, anlysis and reasoning , this article finally gained a conclusion that DongYue Group invests in Chlorine-Alkali project is manipulable and the profit will be great.
