天津市北辰区双青污水处理厂工程主要包括污水预处理、生物处理、深度处 理、污泥处理及臭气处理五个部分。 根据综合生活用水指标法和不同用地性质用水量指标法进行规划,工程总规 模为 15 万 m 3 /d。其中一期工程规模为 4.0 万 m 3 /d,二期工程规模为 11.0 万 m 3 /d。 双青污水处理厂选址位于双口镇,地处北辰道与卫河交口东北角。该工程污 水处理工艺采用分质进水、分质预处理的工艺路线。生活污水预处理采用“粗细 格栅+曝气沉砂池”;工业废水预处理采用“粗细格栅+曝气沉砂池+水量水质调 节池+水解酸化池”。生化处理采用“带回流污泥反硝化的改良 AAO 工艺+周进周 出二沉池”;深度处理部分采用“机械混凝+斜板沉淀+纤维转盘过滤”;消毒采 用二氧化氯消毒工艺;污泥处理采用带式浓缩脱水一体机;除臭采用生物滤池除 臭工艺。 双青污水处理厂工程对提高天津市基础设施水平,解决北仓排水系统的污水 排放问题,改善和提高环境质量水平具有重要意义。将有利于改善投资环境,吸 引外资,对天津经济持续稳定地发展具有积极作用,为天津市早日成为国际大都 市起到推动作用。 关键词, 工艺流程选择 预处理 改良 AAO 工艺 深度处理 生物滤池ABSTRACT The project of Tianjin Beichen district Shuangqing sewage treatment plant comprises sewage pretreatment,biological treatment,advanced treatment,sludge treatment and odor treatment. According to the comprehensive water index method and the water consumption of different land usage properties index method. The total scale of this project is about 150000 m 3 /day. It is estimated that the scale of first stage is 40000 m 3 /day and second stage is 110000m 3 /day in further. The project is located in Shuangkou town which is northeast corner of the intersection of Beichen Road and WeiHe River. The sewage treatment process of this project is the process route of separate quality inflow and pretreatment process. The domestic sewage pretreatment adoptcoarse and fine screen+aerated grit chamber; the industrial wastewater pretreatment apoptscoarse and fine screen+aerated grit chamber + water quality regulating reservoir + hydrolysis acidification pond. The biochemical treatment adopts the improved AAO process with reflux sludge denitrification + the secondary sedimentation tank from the peripHery. The advanced processing part adoptsmechanical coagulation+inclined plate sedimentation+fiber rotary filter. The disinfection adopts the process of chlorine dioxide disinfection. The sludge treatment adopts belt type concentrating dehydration all-in-one machine. The deodorant adopts biofilter deodorization process. Shuangqing sewage treatment plant project will be benefit for the infrastructure level of Tianjin development;solving the problem of the sewage discharge of Beicang drainage system;improving and raise the level of environmental quality. It is beneficial to improve the investment environment,to attract foreign capital and play a positive role for sustained economic steady development in Tianjin.
