南昌昌东片区电网安全稳定控制系统的可行性研究及应用

随着我国电力系统的扩大和发展,区域联网和大范围电能转移的进行,电 力系统对电网安全稳定控制的要求越来越高。在我国,许多传统的就地控制模式, 如简单的线路故障联锁切机、切负荷由于其技术性能落后、经济性差等缺点已 越来越不适应现代大电网的安全性与经济性的要求。开发研制智能化、多功能 区域电网安全稳定紧急控制装置是现代电网安全稳定运行的迫切需要。紧急控 制的基本思想就是当电网受到大扰动而 出现紧急状态时,执行切机、切负荷等 紧急控制措施,使系统恢复到正常运行状态。在电力系统装设安全稳定紧急控 制装置,是提高电力系统安全稳定性、防范电网稳定事故、防止发生大面积停 电事故的有效措施。本文首先对南昌电网昌东片区安全稳定控制系统的可行性 研究报告进行分析,到最后昌东片区安稳系统的可行性研究、配置及应用情况 进行总结。得出的研究成果为以后江西电网安全稳定控制系统提供了设计规范 及改造经验,为设计、运行人员提供了有益的参考。 关键词:昌东片区电网;可行性研究;配置和实际应用II ABSTRACT With the expansion and development of the power system , regional networking and conduct a wide range of energy transfer , power grid security and stability control systems have become increasingly demanding . In China, many traditional local control mode , such as a simple line fault interlock cutting machine , load shedding due to its technical performance backward and poor economic shortcomings have become increasingly unsuited to the security and economy of the requirements of modern large power grids . Development of intelligent, multi- regional security and stability is an urgent need for emergency control device safe and stable operation of modern power grid. The basic idea is that when the emergency control grid by the emergence of large disturbances emergency , perform cutting machine , load shedding and other emergency control measures to restore the system to normal operation. Installation of security and stability in the power system emergency control devices to improve power system security and stability, prevent accidents grid stability, a large area of effective measures to prevent blackouts. Firstly, the feasibility study report Nanchang Changdong Area grid security and stability control system is analyzed, and finally Changdong Area to build a stable system configuration and application summary. Results of research results provide for the future security and stability in Jiangxi control system design specifications and transformation experience for design, operation provides a useful reference.
