本文主要通过分析能耗在线监测系统项目可行性研究,了解能源监测管理, 利用企业应用集成技术、实时数据库技术和实时数据分析与预测技术,为企业 提供实时在线能源消耗平衡信息和调整策略方案,提高城市整体能源利用水平 与效率,实现城市主导产业的绿色、可持续性发展。以工业、公共建筑、新能 源等行业的重点企业为试点示范,完善企业计量评价体系,推进企业能耗数据 管理系统建设。建成企业能耗监测管理平台,通过对能耗数据采集计量设备与 工业管理网络的改造升级,建立涵盖水、电、气、煤等各能源供需量、消耗量、 回收量等信息的动态能耗数据库,对用能设备单元、能耗种类、能源生产、输 配、消耗等环节实施集中监测与管理的调查分析。希望此文的研究结果,能论 证我国的智慧城市体系设计,并能有针对性地提出意见和改善建议 关键词:绿色低碳;数字化平台;智慧城市;政策;可行性 II ABSTRACT In this paper, by analyzing the energy consumption of on-line monitoring system for project feasibility study, understanding the energy monitoring and management, and utilization of enterprise application integration technology, real-time database technology and real-time data analysis and prediction technology, provides real-time online energy balance system information and adjust the decision scheme, improve the level of urban overall energy use and efficiency, realize the city green, sustainable development of leading industry. In industry, new energy, new materials industry's key enterprises as the pilot demonstration, perfect the enterprise evaluation system, promote the enterprise energy management system construction. Built enterprise energy monitoring and management platform, through the metering equipment energy consumption data collection and the upgrade of the industrial management network, establish water, electricity, gas, coal, etc. The amount of energy supply and demand, consumption, reduced energy consumption of the dynamic information such as database, the energy-using equipment units, energy consumption, energy production, distribution and consumption of the investigation and analysis of the implementation of centralized monitoring and management. Hope that this article research results, to demonstrate the wisdom of the urban system design in our country, and puts forward views and improving Suggestions.
