民族传统体育项目在高校体育教学中占有重要地位,在高校开设优秀民族 传统体育项目,可以改革和创新高校传统体育教材与教学大纲陈旧,教学内容 单调的状况,丰富高校体育内涵,体现高校体育的民族特色和地域特点 毽球是我国民间流传广!历史悠久的民族传统体育项目,具有技艺性!娱 乐性和健身功能研究证明,踢毽子是一项十分有益于健康的体育活动,它器 材简单!经济实用,是人们可以终身参与的运动项目 宁夏是全国经济欠发达的少数民族地区,各高校体育课程民族传统体育项 目开展滞后,体育经费相对紧张,开设毽球选项课程,符合高校体育教学改革 的要求,适应宁夏经济和地域特点,将毽球的传授与大学生社会实践活动有机 结合起来,能更好地服务于宁夏的全民健身运动 本文以宁夏地区五所高校为研究对象,结合各高校体育现状,采用文献资 料法!问卷调查法!专家访谈法及实地考察等方法,从我国毽球运动的开展情 况,毽球的特点!功能;宁夏高校教学管理人员!教师对开设毽球选项课程的 意愿,及学生参加毽球选项课程的意愿;体育师资状况!体育场馆设施等十余 个方面对宁夏高校开设毽球选项课程的可行性进行了分析论证,并且对宁夏部 分体育专家!教师和学生从教学目标!教学内容!教学内容的实施办法!教学 时数分配!考核办法五个方面进行了详细的调查和访谈,完成了毽球选项课的 课程设计 根据调查得出了以下结论: (1)毽球运动所需场地不大,成本不高,方便安全,适应宁夏地区高校教 育要求,是一项适合在宁夏高校开展的传统体育运动项目 (2)80.2%的学生希望学校开设毽球选项课;85.7%的教学管理人员!教师 赞同学校开设毽球选项课宁夏高校开设毽球选项课是必要的 (3)合理利用各高校现有场地资源,加强毽球师资力量培养,自编或购买 毽球运动的相应教材,在宁夏地区高校开设毽球选项课是可行的,应尽快将其 纳入体育教学计划 (4)依据调查研究所制定的宁夏高校毽球选项课程设计的初步方案,可为 宁夏高校开设毽球选项课提供理论借鉴和实践参考 关键词:宁夏高校;毽球;选项课;可行性北京体育大学硕士学位报告 ABSTRACT FolktraditionalPhysiealitemsPossesseonsequenceinthePhysiealedueationof eollegesanduniversities.IfagoodnatinalfolkP坤siealsPorteanbesetuPin eollegesanduniversities,iteanfeformandinnovatethetraditinalP勿siealedueation Preeisineollegesanduniversities,theoldteachingmaterial,theoldteaehingforms andthebaldteaehingeontenis,enriehthePhysiealeonnotationofeollegesand universitiesandshowthePhysiealfeatureandregionaleharacteristiesofeollegesand universitiesinminorityarea, Shuttleeoek15aPoPularandlonghistoryfolktraditinalsPort.ItPossesses obviouseharaeteroferaft,entertainmentandthefunetionofbuildinghealth.Plentyof investigationandresearehshowthatkiekingshuttleeoek15agoodkindofsPortto keePhealth.Beeauseit15eeonomieandPraetieal,it15agoodkindofsPortthat PeoPleeaninvolveforlife.BecauseitotilyneedssimPlefaeility,itshouldbe generalizedandsetuPaetivelyineollegesandu饭versities.
