随着经济的发展,人们对生活品质的追求越来越高,利用移动手持设备实现随时随 地无线互联是移动商务未来的发展趋势。无线互联,无线互联技术和产品正星光灿灿地 向每一个人走来,各式各样的无线手持设备,比如手机,PDA,被越来越多的用户使用。 无线互联带来的“随时、随地、随身”的信息交流和服务手段,开启了个性化信息时代。 正如商务通所宣称的那样“呼机、手机一个都不能少”,人们越来越追求在众多品类繁 多的无线设备中,综合集成这些电子产品的优点。 然而,不论手机变得多么强大,笔记本电脑多么普及,在二者之间始终存在一个很 大的中间地带。速霸科技与 Netbee 等无线互联网手本联盟,率先提出在笔记本和手机 之间,建立一个全新的品类——手本(Cellpad),手本是专为无线互联网设计的设备, 脱离了以往平板电脑的概念。一种专注于移动互联网的专属设备,既像手机一样携带便 利,又兼顾笔记本的强大功能。本文试图提供这样一款新型笔记本电脑,支持手写和语 音输入,利用 3G 技术移动上网同时实现移动通话,但它应该有比手机强大得多的网络 应用能力,又比传统笔记本电脑便宜、易于携带。 报告拟对这款实用新型笔记本电脑专利的商业开发进行可行性研究。报告运用营销 学的原理,通过笔记本市场环境的分析,分析了专利笔记本区别于同类产品的差异性优 势,通过收集市场信息确定目标客户群体并对市场容量进行估算。在专利开发的几种形 式中,我们从风险和预期经济效益的角度对比了三种方案的选择,得出了合作开发是风 险可控,经济效益良好的备选方案。在确认该项专利具有开发价值的前提下,利用项目 评估方法,通过可行性分析,回答了项目合作开发方案在技术上是否可行,在经济上是 否有生命力。最终得出该项专利差异性优势使投资在经济上有较大的利润回报,项目存 在开发价值的结论。最后利用项目管理相关技术方法,制定了项目进度管理控制计划。 关键词,实用新型专利;传统笔记本电脑;互联网手本II ABSTRACT With economic development, people pursuit of quality of life of more eagerly, the use of mobile handheld devices anytime, anywhere wireless Internet is the future development trend of mobile commerce. Wireless Internet, wireless Internet technologies and products are changing everyone life revolutionarily, a wide range of wireless handheld devices such as mobile phones, PDA, being more and more used. Wireless Internet to give the anytime, anywhere, portable means the exchange of information and services, opened the era of personalized information. As Mingren company claimed, Beep Pager,mobile phone,Shangwutong-PDA, Not one less , a growing people are pursuiting of the many kinds of wireless devices, try to integrated the advantages of these electronic products. However,No matter how powerful the mobile phone has become, how popular notebook computers, in between there is always a lot of middle ground. Subaru and other wireless internet technology and Netbee Cellpad Union, first proposed a device between the laptop and phone, and created a new category – “Shouben” (Cellpad), Shouben is designed specifically for wireless Internet devices, striped from the previous flat computer concept. One kind of exclusive focus on mobile Internet devices, like cell phones convenient to carry, also have the powerful function like notebook .This article attempts to provide such a new notebook computers, support handwriting and voice input, the use of 3G mobile technology enables mobile phone connect to internet at the same time, but it should be much stronger than the mobile phone’s network application capabilities, much cheaper than traditional notebook computers, more easy to carry. This paper intends to study for commercial feasibility development of one utility model patent laptop. Paper uses the principles of marketing, market analysis between patent laptop and traditional notebook, through the collection of market information identifying the target customer groups characteristic and to estimate the market capacity. The development of several forms of the patent laptop, we compared the choice of three program through the perspective of expect economic benefits and risk to choose cooperate development as a risk being control and have a good economic alternative. In recognition of the value of the patent laptop with the development of the premise, the use of project evaluation methods, through feasibility analysis, project to develop programs to answer the technical feasibility, whether it is economically viable. To work out differences between the patent advantage to invest in greater economic returns, the conclusions of the project development value exists. Finally, use of project management related technology and methods to develop a project scheduleIII management control plan.
