当下我国国民经济和工业化水平正呈现出不断提高与发展趋势，我国由此也已经 成为世界能源消耗大国。因此，在快速发展经济水平的同时，如何尽可能低的降低能 源消耗水平并着力避免能源的浪费进而实现能源的循环利用也是我国国民经济建设建 设可持续发展过程中的一项重要任务。焦化工业产业一直以来都是我国能源战略的重 要组成部分，在当前供给侧改革的大趋势下，焦炭煤化工业也面临着不小的转型升级 压力。焦炉煤气作为焦化行业生产过程中的重要副产品，一直以来都未得到充分有效 的利用，同时大量焦炉煤气的浪费也造成了不小的环境保护问题。在各种对于焦炉煤 气的综合利用技术中，采用燃气—蒸汽联合循环装置技术进行发电和工业供热即使得 大量的焦炉煤气得到了合理有效利用，又通过电力和热力的供应拓宽了行业的经营覆 盖范围创造了企业的新经济增长点，并且对支持促进国家的循环经济政策也有着重要 的意义。 本文在充分调研 D 公司企业经营和生产发展过程当中的现实状况的基础上通过对 需要涉及到的可行性研究的相关理论技术回顾和总结，进而对 D 公司供热发电综合项 目的可行性进行了详细彻底地研究分析。首先对研究中可能涉及到各种类型理论 方法进行了整理总结；其次在梳理以及归纳当前国家政策、行业发展现状的基础 上对于项目立项建设的必要性进行了充分的分析，同时也进一步对项目建设所涉及到 的选址、设备选型以及大件设备运输等相关问题的可行性进行了研究；再次，本 重点就项目的建设和运营对项目所在地产生空气、水源、地质水文等相关影响进行了 探讨和分析，并在获取相关数据的情况下针对项目生产和建设过程中的节能效果进行 了初步评价；最后，本根据可行性研究中的相关经济理论在对项目相关投资与资 金筹措、项目建设成本等数据进行计算整理之后，从静态和动态两个指标视角方向对 项目正常生产运营后的相关利润获取能力和融资贷款偿还能力进行了研究，并通过不 确定性分析和盈亏平衡分析对项目是否具备可行性进行了更加贴切的探讨，最终证明 了 D 公司供热发电综合利用项目是可行的这一研究结论。 关键词， 焦炉煤气；综合利用；财务评价；可行性研究西南交通大学硕士研究生学位 第 II 页 I I 页 Abstract With the development of our national economy and and constantly improve the level of industrial, China has become the world's superpower energy consumption, saving energy and reducing consumption to achieve energy recycling is the national economic construction is an important task in the process of construction of sustainable development.The coal industry has always been an important component of China's energy strategy, and under the current trend of supply-side reform, the coal industry also faces significant transformation and upgrading pressure.Coke oven gas, as an important by-product of the coal industry, has not been fully utilized, and the waste of a large number of coke oven gas has caused a lot of environmental protection.In various for the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas, the gas and steam combined cycle plant technology is adopted to improve the heating makes a lot of both the reasonable and effective use of coke oven gas, and by heating to broaden the coverage of the industry has created a new economic growth point of the enterprise, and policy support to promote the country's circular economy also has the vital significance.
