阜新网通公司是阜新地区的主导电信运营商,在企业发展过程中不断完善其薪酬管 理体系,现行的薪酬管理体系自2002年实施以来,取得了较好的成效,但随着市场竞 争环境的不断变化,现有的薪酬管理体系逐渐显露出与现实环境不相适应的问题,已经 不能满足企业发展的需要,企业垦需建立一套与企业发展现状相适应的薪酬管理体系 本文以阜新网通公司为研究对象,以薪酬管理的相关理论为基础,对阜新网通薪酬 管理体系现状进行分析,针对其存在的不足,对薪酬管理体系进行了再设计,为企业提 供一套与企业发展战略相适应的薪酬管理体系全文共分为七个部分,第一部分阐述了 本文所研究问题的提出背景和本文的主要研究思路!研究方法;第二部分概述了本文研 究对象一阜新网通公司的总体情况,对研究对象进行了简要的介绍;第三部分概述了薪 酬管理基础理论,论述了薪酬与薪酬管理的内涵!影响薪酬管理的主要因素以及薪酬管 理的相关激励理论;第四部分对阜新网通公司现行的薪酬管理体系进行了述评,分析了 现行薪酬管理体系的贡献和不足;第五部分论述了再设计薪酬方案的设计目标!设计原 则和设计方案,针对企业扁平化组织结构的特点,引入了宽带薪酬设计理念,结合企业 自身特点,构建了新的薪酬管理体系;第六部分提出了六条再设计薪酬方案的实施保障 措施,为再设计的薪酬方案实施提供全面保障;第七部分对全文进行总结,展望再设计 薪酬方案的实施效果 本文根据本行业改革发展历程!企业背景!组织架构!管理模式!各项薪酬管理政 策和具体的统计数据,通过在亲身工作中接触!了解和掌握的企业人力资源现状,结合 在MBA学习期间掌握的薪酬管理理论,对阜新网通公司现行的薪酬管理体系进行剖析, 提出新的薪酬管理体系设计思路和解决方案,以期完善阜新网通的薪酬管理体系,提高 企业人力资源的整体激励水平,增强企业核心竞争力 关键词:人力资源管理;薪酬管理;网通公司 身阜新网通公司薪酬方案的再设计 DesignofSalaryManagementSystemofFuxin Network&CommunieationCorporation Abstraet FuxinNetwork&CommunicationCorporation15themaintelecomoPeratorofFuxin area.DuringthedeveloPingProeessoftheenterprise,FuxinNet&Commuulcation COrporationperfectsitssalarymanagementsystem.Sinee20()2,theactuaisalary managementsystemhasgotarathergoodeffect.Butwiththechangeofthemarket eomPetitionenvironment,theaetualsalarymanagementsystemshowsitsunsuitableProblems withthePractiealenvironmentgradually.Itcouldnotsatisfytherequirementofthe enterprise.5develoPmentanymore,theenterpriseshouldestablishasetofsalary managementsystemwhieh15suitableforthecurrentsituationoftheenterprise,s develoPment.
