I 摘要 辅导员在大学中扮演着独特而重要的角色,是大学中代表学校与学生联系 的重要和直接的环节,在做好与大学生的沟通、对接、管理之中发挥着关键的 作用,特别是在民办高校中,更是扮演着维护学校品牌声誉、促进学生良好体 验等方面的重要角色。由于其重要作用,所以对大学辅导员开展科学全面、体 现其工作业绩以及奖勤罚懒、奖优罚劣的考评是民办高校的一个重要课题。但 是,当前民办大学对辅导员开展的绩效考核方式,还存在不全面、不系统、不 科学等一系列的问题,导致不能有效促进辅导员的工作开展。当前,国内民办 大学规模和数量不断增加,作为一线工作人员的辅导员队伍也正在逐步规模化、 职业化、正规化,进一步发挥辅导员工作积极性、主动性,特别是在考核环节 真实反映其工作全貌,有效激发其工作热情,正确引导其将学生工作做得深入 细致、不浮于表面显得日益重要。 本文介绍了绩效薪酬理论,分析了该校当前绩效考核存在的问题,在此基 础上设计了该校对辅导员考核实施 360 度绩效考核的方案,并提出了为此需建 立的考核保障机制,力争最大限度的科学衡量该校辅导员工作成效和业绩水平。 关键词:民办大学;辅导员;绩效考核;方案设计Abstract II Abstract The college counselor is an important bridge connecting schools and students, especially the communication, docking, management and coordination of students. It plays a particularly important role in the private colleges and universities, and the scientific evaluation of the counselors has become an important issue. However, there are still some problems in the performance assessment of the private colleges and universities. With the construction of the team building of the private colleges and universities, the development track of the routine, professional and professional is entered. How to reflect the full picture of the work in the assessment link and effectively stimulate its work enthusiasm, especially to guide it to the students' work correctly. It is increasingly important to be thorough and superficial. On the basis of introducing the theory of performance assessment, this paper designs a 360 degree performance evaluation scheme in the N college counselor, and examines the work effectiveness and performance of the counselor from five aspects: self evaluation, student review, teacher review, peer review and leadership review, and the implementation of the performance assessment scheme. In a quantitative way, we try to find a platform and breakthrough for our counselors to move towards a higher and farther goal.
