华能九台电厂脱硝改造项目可行性研究报告DOC

随着国家经济的发展,在电力生产中带来的环境污染也越来越严重。国家环保已 经严格限制 NOx 在火电厂烟气排放中的排放标准,并在环保政策、计划电量、电力市 场交易规则、脱硝电价补偿方面给予现役燃煤火电机组脱硝改造支持和政策调控方面 的控制。 因此推广国内烟气脱硝设备的技术运用是非常必要的。华能九台电厂计划对 现在运行的 2 X 660 MW 发电机组进行脱硝改造以符合国家标准的要求。 本文首先分析了国内外脱硝技术发展的背景,并介绍了脱硝技术在燃煤火电机组 上的实际实施情况以及在役燃煤火电机组脱硝改造情况,火电企业脱硝技术的实际运 行情况,九台电厂现有基础条件。本文对九台电厂脱硝改造技术方案的选择进行了分 析设计,包括对脱硝改造的风险、设备及材料的选择和安装工艺、改造后对现有设备 性能的影响等进行了分析,对九台电厂脱硝改造对环境的影响进行了分析,包括对改 造后可能对周边环境带来的空气污染、噪声污染等的控制和效果,以及改造工程带来 的环境效益。对九台电厂脱硝改造的社会影响进行了分析,包括可能造成的群众纠纷 以及社会效益等分析,对电厂脱硝改造的经济效益进行了分析,包括脱硝改造工程的 成本、运行成本以及日后收益的预估等。在上述分析中,采用了电厂大量的试验数据 以及日常运行数据,并对国内外现有技术进行了研究,对设备及原材料市场进行市场 调查,查阅相关技术规范及标准并结合国家和吉林省有关部门的相关法律、法规、制 度及政策,对项目进行了较为客观全面的分析,通过对九台电厂脱硝改造项目的技术 可行性分析,经济效益分析,环境效益及社会效益分析,可以得出华能九台电厂 2 X 660MW 火电机组脱硝改造项目是可行的。 关键词 脱硝 改造 可行性研究 九台电厂III Study on the feasibility of De-NO x reconstruction project of Huaneng jiutai power plant Abstract With the development of our national economy,in power production in bring the pollution of the environment is more and more serious.
