从上个世纪改革开放至今,我国制造行业发展迅猛,越来越多的制造业工业项目不断 投产。在这些项目中,既有成功的榜样,也有失败的教训,影响因素多种多样,其中十分 重要的一个因素是对项目研宄不够深入,有些工业项目并没有进行“可行性研宄”而是进 行“可批性研宄”,项目研宄工作仅仅浮于表面并没有深入研宄,更无法为以后的项目提 供有用的经验和成果。我国工业行业如果想在新形势下继续生存,谋求发展,必须要采取 有效科学的投资方法,减少投资风险,尤其是要在投资前做好可行性研究。HC集团是一家 以金融房地产为龙头的企业,根据目前的经济形势及发展机遇,集团制定了多元化的发展 战略,在制造业等实体经济上加大投入,对其投资项目进行可行性研宄就显得十分重要和 关键。 报告将HC集团波纹管膨胀节投资可行性为研宄讨论对象,运用PEST分析方法及可行 性研究的方法和理论,对项目进行深入剖析。通过报告研究得出了如下结论: (1)从发展的阶段性来看,时机趋于成熟;从市场、客户、产品定位来看,本项目 具有战略可行性;从商业模式确立与持续性来看,本项目具有可操作性。从本可行性研宄 报告的分析可以看出,项目具有贏利能力高、见效快,三废排放量少,污染物易处理等优 点。 (2)通过对项目盈利能力各项指标分析,计算结果表明项目完全达产后年均可实现 利润总额3445.70万元,净利润2584.28万元,投资收益率27.59%,具有较好的经济效益和 抵御风险能力。从项目敏感性来看,抗风险能力较高。从项目财务方面来看,资金有保障 收入预期可观。 (3)投资的项目契合集团发展规划和战略,有利于集团在行业竞争中取得先发优势, 有利于对竞争对手形成挤压态势、使集团在未来生存和发展中处于有利地位,实现集团的 长远发展目标。投资是以波纹管膨胀节先进技术为特点建设的专业性项目,市场适应性优 风险性小。 关键词:HC集团膨胀节投资PEST分析经济和社会效益Ill Abstract Sincethereformandopeningupinthelastcentury,China’smanufacturingindustryhas developedrapidlyandmoreandmoremanufacturingindustrialprojectshavebeenputinto production.Intheseprojects,boththesuccessfulexample,therearethelessonsoffailure, variousinfluencefactors,oneimportantfactorisnotenoughin-depthresearchoftheproject, someindustrialprojectsandfeasibilitystudybutnotHKePiXingresearch11,theprojectresearch workonlysuperficialandnoin-depthstudy,morecan＊tfortheprojecttoprovideuseful experienceandresults.IfChina'sindustrialindustrywantstosurviveandseekdevelopmentin thenewsituation,itmustadopteffectiveandscientificinvestmentmethodstoreduceinvestment risks,especiallythefeasibilitystudybeforeinvestment.HCgroupisaleadingenterprisein financialandrealestateindustry.Basedonthecurrenteconomicsituationanddevelopment opportunities,thegrouphasformulatedadiversifieddevelopmentstrategy,andincreased investmentinrealeconomysuchasmanufacturingindustry,soitisveryimportantandcrucialto conductfeasibilitystudyonitsinvestmentprojects. Inthispaper,theinvestmentfeasibilityofbellowsexpansionsectioninHCgroupisstudied anddiscussed,andtheprojectisfiirtheranalyzedbyPESTanalysismethodandthemethodand theoryoffeasibilitystudy.Thefollowingconclusionsaredrawnfromthepaper: (1)fromthestageofdevelopment,theopportunitytendstomature;Fromtheperspectiveof market,customerandproductpositioning,thisprojecthasstrategicfeasibility;Fromthe perspectiveofbusinessmodelestablishmentandsustainability,thisprojectisoperable.Fromthe analysisofthisfeasibilitystudyreport,itcanbeseenthattheprojecthastheadvantagesofhigh profitability,quickeffect,lowemissionofthreewastesandeasytreatmentofpollutants. (2)throughtheanalysisofvariousindicatorsoftheprojectprofitability,thecalculation resultsshowthattheprojectcanachieveatotalprofitof34450.7millionyuan,anetprofitof 25,842,800yuan,andareturnrateofinvestmentof27.59%,whichhavegoodeconomicbenefits andabilitytoresistrisks.Intermsofprojectsensitivity,theabilitytoresistriskisrelativelyhigh. Fromtheperspectiveofprojectfinance,thefundhasguaranteedincomeandisexpectedtobe considerable. (3)theinvestmentprojectisinlinewiththegroup’sdevelopmentplanandstrategy,whichis conducivetothegroup'sfirst-moveradvantageintheindustrycompetition,forminganextrusion situationforcompetitors,enablingthegrouptosurviveanddevelopinthefuture,andrealizingIV thegroup'slong-termdevelopmentgoals.Theinvestmentisaprofessionalproject characterizedbyadvancedtechnologyofbellowsexpansionjoint.
