市场竞争环境的剧烈变化给我国企业的生存和发展带来了巨大 挑战,随着经济全球化的不断深入,企业不仅要面对国内环境变化带 来的威胁,更要因对世界经济变化带来的挑战。为了在激烈的竞争环 境中获得生存和发展,企业就必须要确保自身具备应对风险的能力。 本研究所选择的低压电器行业,国内企业之间的价格竞争非常严重, 同时,国外企业凭借其技术优势抢占了大部分国内市场,这就使得行 业企业的生存风险非常大。完善企业战略风险管理体系建设,提升企 业应对国内外风险因素的能力,是企业后续发展中必须要具备的基本 技能。 A 公司是株洲市知名低压电器生产企业,本研究研究其战略风险 管理问题具有重要现实意义。在具体研究上,首先是对本研究开展的 具体背景、目的和意义进行了交代,同时充分梳理了国内外学者关于 战略风险管理的相关理论研究成果,并对研究的具体思路何所使用的 方法进行说明。其次是对 A 公司战略风险管理的现状进行了解,并深 入分析当前的管理模式存在的不足,进而找出了公司在战略风险管理 的认知、组织结构、目标设置、风险评估等方面的弊端。再次是以战 略风险管理相关理论为指导,针对 A 公司存在的具体问题进行优化对 策的设计,并结合风险管理一般流程,从风险因素识别、风险评估和 风险控制的角度进行具体体系的设计。最后为了确保新的方案的顺利 落地,从组织机制、制度建设、企业文化和对外合作等角度提供具体II 保障建议。 企业战略风险管理水平牵涉到企业运营环境的好坏,也直接决定 这企业的生存和发展能力,是企业管理者的重点基础工作。本研究对 A 公司的战略风险管理研究,以期能为该公司提升风险管理水平提供 政策建议外,同时也能为相关企业构建战略风险管理体系提供思路。 关键词:A 公司,战略风险,风险管理III ABSTRACT The drastic changes of market competition environment have brought great challenges to the survival and development of Chinese enterprises. With the deepening of economic globalization, enterprises should not only face the threat of domestic environmental changes, but also the challenge of world economic changes. In order to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment, enterprises must ensure that they have the ability to cope with risks. The price competition among domestic enterprises is very serious in the low-voltage electrical appliances industry chosen in this study. At the same time, foreign enterprises seize most of the domestic market by virtue of their technological advantages, which makes the survival risk of industry enterprises very high. Improving the construction of enterprise strategic risk management system and enhancing the ability of enterprises to deal with risk factors at home and abroad are the basic skills that enterprises must possess in the follow-up development. Company A is a well-known low-voltage electrical appliance manufacturer in Zhuzhou City. It is of great practical significance to study its strategic risk management. In the specific research, firstly, the specific background, purpose and significance of this study are explained. At the same time, the relevant theoretical research results of domestic and foreign scholars on strategic risk management are fully combed, and the specific ideas and methods used in the study are explained. Secondly, the status quo of strategic risk management of A company is understood, and the shortcomings of the current management model are analyzed in depth. Then the disadvantages of the company in the aspects of cognition, organizational structure, goal setting and risk assessment of strategic risk management are found out. Thirdly, guided by the relevant theories of strategic risk management, the paper designs the optimal countermeasures for the specific problems of Company A, and combines with the general process of risk management, designs the specific system from theIV perspective of risk factor identification, risk assessment and risk control. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth landing of the new scheme, specific safeguard suggestions are provided from the perspectives of organizational mechanism, system construction, corporate culture and foreign cooperation. The level of enterprise strategic risk management involves the quality of enterprise operating environment, and directly determines the survival and development ability of the enterprise. It is the key basic work of enterprise managers. This study studies the strategic risk management of A company, in order to provide policy recommendations for the company to improve its risk management level, but also to provide ideas for related enterprises to build strategic risk management system.
