2020年新世纪科技公司绩效管理方案改进研究_硕士论文

随着就业形势越来越严峻,以及当代年轻人的创业热情逐渐高涨,几名刚毕 业的大学生携手创建了新世纪科技公司。该公司在创业初期,几位创始人即是管 理者又是员工,因此未建立相应的绩效管理制度。随着公司的不断发展,员工人 数的不断增多,诸多内部管理制度问题开始显现,影响到公司的发展壮大。因此, 新世纪科技公司的相关制度亟需改进与完善。 本文通过对新世纪科技公司目前凸显的问题进行调查,对公司目前执行的相 关制度进行分析,指出造成公司发展停滞的主要原因在于未建立有效的绩效管理 制度。绩效管理对于处于脱离创业期步入发展期的企业而言尤其重要,没有有效 的绩效管理,企业和个人的绩效得不到持续提升,企业和个人就不能适应残酷的 市场竞争需求,最终将被市场淘汰。因此,本文是围绕新世纪科技公司发展目标 及员工需求,根据公司现状,按照科学化的流程,制订一套符合公司目前现状的 绩效管理方案。在本文中首先阐述了什么是绩效管理,绩效管理的目的是什么, 如何制订绩效管理方案,在制订方案的过程中要注意哪些细节。而后根据新世纪 科技公司的部门构成及员工职责,制订考核计划,确定关键绩效指标,着手新绩 效管理方案的实施。在新方案实施之前,先在公司市场销售部进行试行,根据试 行情况对方案进行完善,之后在全公司进行推广。文中强调了两点:一是在新世 纪科技公司绩效管理制度改进过程中,要搭建一个与员工沟通交流的平台,以确 保公司经理人与员工之间有一个意见交换的渠道。通过这个平合的交流,不仅可 以减少上下级之间的隔阂,同时可以提高员工的工作积极性。二是在绩效管理方 案制订的过程中,要注重让员工参与,如此不仅能够为新方案的实施执行奠定基 础,同时可以提高员工的责任感与归属感。新的绩效管理制度主要面向对象是部 门主管和部门内员工,具体实施由公司高层和人事主管部门共同完成。 目前中小企业在度过创业期步入发展期后,通常会遇到企业内部管理制度滞 后,与企业当前动作模式不匹配的情况,造成企业发展停滞或绩效下降。本文通 过对新世纪科技公司的绩效管理制度进行研究与改进,在当代中小企业发展过程 中解决制度问题具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:新世纪科技公司;绩效管理;360度绩效评估 I MBA学位论文作者:周凯 新世纪科技公刘绩效管理方案改进Q研究 ABSTRACT With more and more severe employment situation, and the contemporary young people's entrepreneurial enthusiasm rising, several graduate students work together to create a technology company in the new century. The company in the early entrepreneurs, founders is that managers and employees, therefore fails to establish the relevant performance management system. With the continuous development of the company, the number of employees is increasing, many internal management system problems begin to emerge,affect the development of the company. Therefore, related system calls for technology improvement and perfection of the new century. In this paper,based on the investigation of the new century science and technology company has obvious problems, related to the system is currently performing analysis,noted that the main reason resulting in company deveJopment stagnation is not yet established an effective performance management system. Performance management for growth fi-om the period into the development of the enterprise is particularly important, no effective performance management, enterprise and individual performance to go continued to upgrade, enterprises and individuals can not adapt to the brutal competition in the market demand,will eventually be eliminated by the market. Therefore, this paper focuses on the development in the new century science and technology company goals and needs of employees, according to the current situation of company, according to the scientific process,establish 汪 set of performance management solutions company's current situation with. In this paper first explains what performance management,what is the purpose of performance management, how to establish the performance management scheme, in making the scheme of the process should pay attention to what the details. Then according to the new century science and technology company departments and staff, make assessment plan, identify the key performance indicators, to implement the new performance management program. Before the implementation of the new scheme,the first in the marketing department according to the trial,trial of plan to improve, promotion in the company. This paper emphasizes two points: one is the performance management system of science and technology, new century improvement process, to build a platform for communication with the staff,to ensure that there is an exchange of views between managers and employees of the channel. Through the platform of communication, not only can reduce the gap between the upper and lower levels, and can improve the staffs working enthusiasm.
