“办人民满意的教育”是党和政府针对教育的发展提出的要求和目标，家长作 为孩子的监护人，家长给予孩子全方位的关注。因此研究学生家长对学校的满意度 水平，对于确立哪些因素影响家长对学校的满意度，哪些措施又能提高家长对学校 的满意度具有重要的现实意义。 本文首先回顾了国内外学生家长对学校满意度的相关文献，并结合 A 小学学校 自身的特殊性，构建了 A 小学学生家长对学校满意度的测评指标体系，后经家长会 座谈、学校教师交谈、专家论证等过程最终确立的 A 小学学生家长对学校满意度的 测评指标体系。根据该体系设计了调查问卷，面向 A 小学学生家长发放问卷，共计 回收有效问卷 980 份，调查学生家长对学校教育环境、教育质量、教育公平和教育 管理四个维度的满意度现状，并访谈了各个年级的部分学生家长，根据调查问卷以 及访谈所得到的数据录入 SPSS22.0 软件进行分析。通过综合分析，学生家长满意度 不高的原因主要在于学校监管不完善，校园环境有待改善；学生评价方法尚未完善， 教育评价方法有待提高；资源分配不合理，教育不公有待解决；家庭教育观念滞后， 家校协作观念有待改善。因此，本文结合现状，提出了五条改善建议，注重学校自 身建设，改善教育环境；改革教育评价方法，采取多元化评价方法；优化学校管理， 提升家长满意度；加大教育改革力度，促进教育公平；倡导家校协同教育，提升教 育成效。 关键词 小学；家长满意度；SPSS 软件；调查问卷；访谈法III Abstract Educating the people's satisfaction is the party's and the government's requirements and goals for the development of education. Parents are the guardians of the children, and the parents give the children all-round attention. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the level of satisfaction of parents with the school, which factors determine the factors that affect parents' satisfaction with the school, and which measures can improve the satisfaction of parents. This paper first reviews the literature on the satisfaction of school parents at home and abroad, and combines the speciality of A primary school to construct a system of evaluation indicators for the satisfaction of parents of A primary school students. After the parents meeting, the teachers talk. The process of evaluation of the school's satisfaction with the parents of A primary school students, which was finally established by the process of expert argumentation. According to the system, a questionnaire was designed to distribute questionnaires to parents of A primary school students. A total of 980 valid questionnaires were collected to investigate the satisfaction status of parents in the four dimensions of school education environment, education quality, education equity and education management.
