I 摘要 为满足内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市达拉特西部地区的用电需求,提高对该地区的供 电能力和供电质量,保证该地区的正常生产和运行,既而带动地区经济发展,需要建 设必要的输变电工程。本文针对拟建的鄂尔多斯达拉特西 220kV 输变电工程展开了 可行性研究,其目的是为了完善内蒙古的电网结构,满足地方经济的发展,提高经济 效益。 本文首先对该输变电工程的系统一次接入方案 、继电保护方案 、远动方案 和整 体 通信方案进行了规划与 设计。其次对拟建的达拉特西 220kV 变电站站址进行了方 案对比分析, 在此基础上对变电站的 电气主接线方案、主要设备选型 、总平面布置 方案、电气二次方案、 土建施工等进行了规划 与设计。再次从该输变电工程的线路 总体概况出发, 在分析变电站出线情况 的基础上,综合考虑对路径方案构成影响的 因素,对线路路径方案进行了 规划设计,同时对导线、地线、杆塔选型等进行了规 划。最后对输变电工程进行了投资估算,并对其经济指标进行了评价。通过对该输变 电工程的技术性和经济性的研究分析,论证了该输变电工程的建设是必要的,是可行 的。 关键词:220kV 电力系统 变电站 送电线路 可行性研究Abstract II Abstract To meet the electricity demand in western Dalate , Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, improve the power supply capacity and power supply quality in the region, ensure normal production and operation in the region, and promote regional economic development, the necessary power transmission and transformation projects need to be constructed.In this paper, the feasibility study of the proposed 220kV transmission project in western Dalate, Ordos is carried out. Its purpose is to improve the structure of the power grid in Inner Mongolia, to meet the needs of local economic development, and to increase economic benefits. In this paper, the primary access scheme, relay protection scheme, telecontrol scheme and overall communication scheme of the transmission and transformation project are first planned and designed.Secondly, the site of the proposed 220kV substationin in western Dalate is compared and analyzed. On this basis, the main wiring scheme, selection of main equipment, general layout plan, electrical secondary plan, civil construction, etc. of the substation are planned and designed. Thirdly, according to the general situation of the transmission and transformation project, on the basis of analyzing the output line of the substation and synthetically considering the factors that affect the route scheme, the route scheme is planned and designed.At the same time, the wire, ground wire, pole tower selection and other planning are designed. Finally, an investment estimate was made for the power transmission and transformation project, and its economic indicators were evaluated. Through the analysis of the technical and economical aspects of the power transmission and transformation project, it is demonstrated that the construction of the power transmission and transformation project is necessary and feasible.
