中国已进入万众创业时代,各行各业的创业者不断涌现,且呈现出高知创业, 创业者年轻化的趋势。虽然政府给予了政策,资金等各方面的扶持,但创业失败 率仍然高居不下。“来创业”项目目的是提供让创业者满意的企业服务,使创业 者放心将自己不擅长的业务外包,将全部精力投入在自己擅长的领域。本报告通 过项目商业计划书的形式,对项目的各分支细节进行具体分析和总体规划。 现实中已有不少创业服务的研究和理论,综合服务以线下孵化器,创业教育 和培训为主,线上更多是提供细分领域的服务,如结识创业合伙人,创业投资机 构等,它们的服务已为创业者解决了很多的问题,但是,创业者在筛选平台,筛 选内容方面还是需要消耗很大的精力,一个环节选错,可能就会导致创业失败。 来创业做出的显著优化是从线下服务转为线上服务,且线上不仅仅是罗列商户, 更是作为一级筛选器,严格控制入驻商户数量和质量,减少了创业者消耗在对比 选择机构上的时间,并从商户信用,规模,口碑上设立标准,为创业者降低了选 错合作机构的风险。它为创业者提供交流和服务的平台,主要产品为社区+商城, 业务范围涵盖企业所需要的大大小小服务,在社区中创业者之间可以自主交流, 发现合作机会,也可以到商城中放心与最合适自己的机构合作。 本文采用在线问卷的调查方式,对创业公司进行调研,收集到北上广一线城 市的 300 样本,结果发现目前企业经营过程中,使用外包服务普及率高,用户寻 找外包服务的方式 71%都是通过互联网在线搜索,有 80%企业表示对来创业感兴 趣,超过一半愿意使用平台提供的外包服务。基于此数据和行业 PEST 分析,制 定了公司的经营战略和市场营销策略,构建公司组织结构,并做出了 1~3 年的财 务预测,第一年是投入期,融资需求为 100 万,预计来创业平台将会在第三年实 现盈利,即使可能实际花费费用比预估要高,第三年的盈利也足够达到三年的总 收支平衡。最后,通过风险分析表明,本项目的风险可控。 关键词:创业服务,创业生态圈,商业计划书,融资II Lai Enterprise Business Plan Abstract China has entered the era of millions of entrepreneurial, entrepreneurs emerge from all walks, and exhibit highly educated entrepreneurship, young entrepreneurs (aged 21, Zhongguancun) trend. Although Government gives policy, funding and other support, but the failure rate is still high. Central idea is that offers entrepreneurs the satisfaction of business services, business outsourcing enables entrepreneurs to reassuring outsource they are not good at, and put all energy in their areas of expertise. As a business plan, this paper would give a detailed analysis and overall planning to the project. In the reality, there are many researches and theories of venture service, integrated service to incubator, venture education and training mainly, line Shang much of online service is more provides subdivision field of service, as met venture partner, venture investment institutions etc. Their service soluted many problems of entrepreneurs', but, entrepreneurs also need spend great time and effort on filtering platform, filtering content, a link fault, may lead to business failure.My business makes improvement from offline service to online service, and not only listing businesses, but also as a primary filter, strictly control the merchants settled in quantity and quality, saving entrepreneur's time that consumed during choicing, and set standards on business credit, scale, reputation, for entrepreneurs to reduce the risk of wrong partners. It provides platform of communication and services for entrepreneurs, the main product is the community + Mall, business scope covers most service enterprise needs, entrepreneurs can communicate with each other in the community, finding opportunities for cooperation, can also go to the Mall to find the most suitable partners. In addition, the risk of the project will be controlled after evaluating these risk factors of this project. Using an online questionnaire survey, research on startups, collecting 300 samples to North Canton city, results found that business process, outsourcing service coverage is high, users looking for outsourcing services 71% is online searching via the Internet, 80% of enterprises expressed interest in entrepreneurship, more than half would use the platform to provide outsourcing services. Based on this data and industry PESTIII analysis, development of the company's management and promotion strategy, and make 1-3 years of financial projections, first-year investment period, the financing demand of 1 million, business platform are expected to be in the third year of profit, even if it might actually cost to higher than estimated costs, earnings for the third year is adequate to achieve the three-year total balance.
